Fais has been amazing I dealt with the company over Christmas for a pc for my son and they delivered, they called to tell me the one I ordered wasn’t up to their standards and wouldn’t send it so gave me an upgrade instead. Then it arrived just in time for Christmas. I then emailed at the start of April on the hunt for a pc for my daughter. Again Fais and the team were fantastic knew I had specific specs I wanted. When I found one that was in stock it was over my budget however I was offered it with a discount to hopefully be able to get it, unfortunately I couldn’t do split payment with the discount so Fais came up with another solution which I was more then happy to do even though it ment paying the full price. Fais was amazing and I wanted to only purchase through him. So even with all my back and forth and not being certain Fais never made me feel bad and was perfect. If I needed another pc I’d definitely be coming back to ProTech IT Solutions! Thank you again Fais it was a pleasure

The laptop I ordered was exactly as described and works great. The only thing is i didn't realize the laptop had cash convertors stickers on the laptop and charger.

I had initially purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad t14s laptop from Protech IT Solutions for about $800. The following day I had a call from them saying that all they had left of the t14s' were B-grade models and they weren't particularly happy selling them due to aesthetic damage. I was offered two alternatives or a refund, and took one of the alternatives, which ended up being more expensive than my original purchase, at no cost to myself. I just wanna commend these guys for fantastic, prompt communication, a helpful attitude, and for helping me find a suitable option when my original choice was unavailable! This is the sort of business that I will absolutely come back to in the future.

I bought Surface Studio from Pro Tech 30 Jun and Delivered on 2 July.

Initially the laptop having the software setup issues, (maybe new to Surface Latip Model) we have highlighted the issue to the Pro Tech, they are responded fast, esponsive and managed resolve our setup issues.
