They were helpful and resourceful from go. It wasn't about "is this job worth doing? Or "we properly won't see em again so why worry about the small fiddly job. But they fixed my problem which was delicate and also sourced a unit I had been searching for in a minute for a very reasonable price!

Ordered phone
Ordered phone, with conformation of order. Was told it was not available, person offered a cheaper phone and type. Told him I wanted the phone I Ordered. Got a tracking notice to say my order was being sent three days after this conversation; no follow up phone call to say another phone had been found. Although the original phone was still listed for sale on your web page.
I now have the phone and you have your money, but I will not recommended you
