Very reliable customer service!
The website was easy to navigate. The race to book is a bit stressful and confusing but the customer service afterwards to confirm everything was booked correctly was top notch.

Good booking site
Good booking site, helped organize and notify. Not sure if I would use it again just due to the cost, maybe worth the extra legwork.

The website was very user friendly and it was helpful to book the parts of the trip that were available for booking and we loved that we got an email when the other bookings became available so we could finish booking right away! Looking forward to heading out in November !

Flawless booking experience
Fantastic booking experience, could not have been easier. Worked flawlessly, plenty of information received in advance and itineraries were perfect. Really easy check in process, great facilities and using Torres Hike to have all info on one place really helped.
