Tortilla Avis 

I went with my family to Watford store on a Sunday afternoon. It was our first and last time. The food is not too bad for the price but the big issue was the staff... They, (yes 3 attendants) couldn't lead us in what options choose for us naked burrito and in the middle of serving, one of them was extremely disrespectful with my 9yo son yelling with him because he was stopping the queue.
The inefficiency of staff and a sloppy operative process ruined our lunch time. There is no written information in front of food options, what kind of food, how spicy they are... in summary, a mess...
Do not recommend, at all!

The staff in the Cribs branch couldn't have been nicer or more engaging and were all really good at their jobs and i can't fault their customer service but the food was luke warm and had no real flavour and didn't really taste very authentic. It's not bad value for money but they are a little on the expensive side and the lack of sides or ability to have something like chips on the side is a little disappointing even though i know this is done to keep things simple. The burritos were made well by the staff but the ingredients didn't seem to be of a very high quality. I wouldn't go back simply because the food wasn't great but the staff were excellent and deserve to be praised for their hard work.

On Saturday 19th June 2020 I was served in White City Tortilla by Thalia & Brian. They were absolutely amazing. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, they were patient and very welcoming & the burritos were amazing! Definitely will be visiting this branch again.

I ordered a quesadilla, as I was about to say what meats I wanted the server walks away and starts making the quesadilla. I thought she was just getting it started and then ask what meat I wanted. She starts to put chicken on my quesadilla, I say to her I want beef and chicken she looks at me with disgust and says something to the worker next to her. That person tells me that they don't do that and I say I'll pay for the extra meat, she says the chicken taste good and I should just have that. I've been to other branches and had mixed meats. This branch outside Southwark tubs Station had very bad service.

We just had our burritos and very disappointed. On their website they look so tasty , but what you get in real life is completely different story. Firstly price advert-large 7£-I had pork version and paid over 9£ , no extras. Guacamole, tomato salsa etc . 1.5£ extra each.Dry , only half way through you can taste some flavours. I really don’t like to put negative comments but we were really hoping to get something better..

Had a great time at Tortilla, Syed on the till was a wonderful host and made jokes as well as delivered great service. The wait was pretty short and the staff kept checking up on us if we were ok. The booths were really clean and the atmosphere was really lovely. Deffo would recommend to my friends and family

These are probably the best burritos I've ever had so fresh and the cheese was one of the bests the chilly was not to spicy and not to bland u hit it right in the correct spot for me amazing!!! 10/10 I defiantly recommend

From a massive foodie this is the best Burrito in Bristol and I can assure you I have tried them all! There’s not many places I can happily order lunch from almost everyday and still enjoy it. The burrito is full of flavour, the ingredients are great, the quality stays the same each time, it’s quickly prepared and the servers are normally very friendly making the overall experience easy and a great go- to option for lunch.

If I could give 0 stars I would the order was wrong and freezing cold didn’t even seem like they cooked the food the salad just covered the tortillas. The food was not even eaten after one bite I was sick. So terrible.

The food was prepared quite quickly but because the driver took so long to get to destination ( despite the restaurant being 10mins drive) the food was cold I had to put it in the oven. It was cold and soggy.

Delicious, food is filling and pretty good value for money absolutely love it here

Amazing food and I always get the best service from the staff. The food is very filling but still healthy - my favourite. I had to leave a review when I saw they had so many negative reviews which is shocking to me. I’ve never had a problem and I’ve ordered online and in person from two different stores for years!

A taco should not need a a cardboard cutout to keep its shape. Nor should it need a fork to eat with it. This has happened twice now in two different locations. My tacos have been left as wraps, soggy and frankly, not a taco. I am very unhappy with this as if this is the case, they should just be called "flat wraps"

Useless when ordering via Uber Eats, I have ordered meals from them few times and each single one of them my order was incorrect. It‘s baffling how difficult can
it be to follow simple written instructions and put a burrito together. Then instead of trying to do better they blocked me so I can‘t place orders anymore:)Being punished for their incompetence lol not a big loss though as there are plenty of other places where you actually get what you pay for 🙂

I enjoy the option of picking your preferred items. Fresh products, good service. My favourite is naked burrito. The delivery service in Canary Wharf has been great.

Love Tortilla, food is always fresh, portions are very generous, amazing value for money and there’s always service with a smile. My favorite burrito.

Please be aware 5 days later they debit your card an extra £1 per burrito for the honour of picking it up yourself. Total

LOVE THEIR BURRITOS but extra money for guacamole is a CRIME

amazing burritos very yummy, however i feel that paying for guac is unnecessary but i will still pay for it because i love guac.

Terrible. A rip-off conveyor belt. It’s all about the extra charges foisted on you at every opportunity, so you can all too easily add a good 50% to the advertised prices. Beware!
