Tortilla Avis 

Very rude customer service at the store in Westfield Stratford. Super unhelpful. We wanted to ask a simple question because there was something very unclear about the nachos. There was a red haired woman who was so abrupt, interrupted constantly and was rude when we asked for clarity. When confronted she put up a fake front of being patient. I haven't even eaten my burrito yet, so I can't rate the food but will definitely not go back.

I loove their burritos 🌯 they are absolutely amazing . I shouldn’t eat Mexican food because of my health issues but it’s so delicious I have them ocasionaly and is so worth it ! You can build them however you want . With or without 🌶 , choices even for vegetarians. I highly recommend it.

After being rudely served AGAIN at Wimbledon, since I visit this establishment frequently, I waited 30min for a chicken quesadilla! I had to go up to the counter after 15 min as, clearly, no one was making the chicken quesadilla. I got some short reply that they will make it now. Which I then proceeded to wait another 15min. There was not even a simple a for the screw up and terrible service - barely a half baked excuse. The continued rude behaviour and bad customer service has ensured I will never visit any of these stores again. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced, especially so consistently. Not again.

Good service. Very tasty food. Good Portions. Good atmosphere.

Ever since my first experience of the naked vegetarian burrito I was impressed at the friendliness of the staff, the freshness of the ingredients and also by the price and the amount of food. What a lovely company. I have been to Wimbledon, Oxford Circus on my birthday, Kingston the day after Valentine's day and today Charring cross. Thank you.

I was served raw chicken today. It was completely pink and cold. The manager said they add chicken to the cooking one and they "too quickly"put in into the serving station. Very dangerous. I felt bad afterwards, not going back for sure

I always pop in your Clapham Junction branch and it seems that your staff always charge me different every time I stop by. I don't know if it's because you always have new staff and I don't wanna think that they may charge go something that I don't want it I'm not gonna come back. Not a good experience when I asked why they overcharged me.

Love the place. Super affordable and tasty. Plus only second place that I have found in London that offers tomato rice, so a big well done for that :)

My Californian wife introduced me to the Burrito almost 15 years ago, since then we have tried Burritos all over the world.

Until recently we never found a Burrito restaurant (outside the USA) that we would go back to and eat from a second, third or forth time.

I bought my wife a Burrito from Tortilla in Hammersmith and she really enjoyed it. I know it must have been good because she will actually ask me to get one on the way home.

The reason for only four stars is that five stars are strictly reserved for Gordos on Solano Ave in Albany near Berkeley. Apparently it is the way that they steam the tortilla that makes them so good.
