I can confidently admit the fact that me working on my bike is like me working on my relationships. They always remain broken. Over the two years, Doog has always sorted my bike-related problems professionally and quickly usually under 30 minutes. Dominoes 30 minutes delivery promise has nothing on this man. A massive stud with an eye for detail and a passion for his craftsmanship and the local community. A fantastic person to talk to and has taught me a thing or two about bikes every time I visit him. Anyways I could go on talking about this man, if only there wasn't an inpatient dominoes delivery person knocking at my door with the pizza that I ordered over an hour ago.

Speed of delivery for an independent bike shop - amaze balls! Pricing again - you guessed it - amaze balls! What's not to like?
One of the few shops that actually updates 'stock' levels on their website. Would recommend and will be using again.....

Great job done for good value
I took my bike in with front gear issues and Doog gave a great initial consultation over the phone. It’s now fixed with a new derailleur and second hand shifters that saved on both time and price. The bike is now a joy to ride.

Proper LBS
Time to finally be seen in daylight and replace those worn RIM wheels. Exposure rear light purchased after chat with Doog. Now have a light which will last me years and cover every type of cycle day/night.
Miche hubs, Sapim CX- Ray spokes and Kinlin XR31T rims. Built by hand and all for cheaper than any other comparable alu wheelset. Spring time ready.

Great experience at Torvelo. I had a problem with my headset. Doog managed to get it sorted so I was back on the road for the weekend. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Recommended.

Highly recommend
Used Torvelo for the first time during lockdown and was so impressed with the service I immediately booked my wife's mountain bike in for a service and brake upgrade. As good a bike shop as you'll find in the area, highly recommend.
