I applied for this card and they had me to send all of my personal information in stating that my application is still pending. I filled out the application on the 2nd of September and til this date, they say it's STILL pending!! I requested to have the application canceled and I will report this because this my personal information that is out there and still no response, I'd rather not!! And the customer service is no better!

I recently was approved for this card. I made my first payment which was to pay the full balance off and I made that payment over ten days ago and it still has not reflected on my balance..absolutely ridiculous.. You can only use it at certain places. It thinks any kind of online shopping is fraud..its shit do not get this.. You are better off getting a secured card through your bank or something to rebuild credit

Useless credit card. Can’t be used at a gas station? Can’t make multiple payments in the same credit card period. The customer service is a joke at best.

1000% Scammiest predatory card in business. Please report to FTC so they will get shut down. Open account and 7 days later claiming I have payment due and charging late fees no matter when or how you pay.If you pay a week early they will find a way to make you late. This is a Fraud plain and simple.

I paid my payment with a check. Usually I pay by debit card. My check got returned. So I paid the return fee, and I paid with a debit card. I paid the last 4 payments with a debit card, the first customer service lady told me. I have to wait 30 days if I we've used. Did you send in a bank statement. I finally got a hold of a manager, the manager refused to give me anything in writing. That's state. My accountant was gonna be held for 30 days plus an extra 5 days. Because I refuse to send in my bank statement. That gives me authorize them to take out money from my account. I told the manager I made check payments. I have had one payment sent back. I do not know why, but I made the last 4 payments with a debit card. I told the manager show me in writing where I have to show you. My bank statement, I'm not doing that. I've never had to do that before for a return check you pay it. Sometimes it happens with the bank. So the supervisor could not send me something writing. I said, well, i'm not sending a bank statement that gives me permission to take out money from my account to pay the bills. It's in my name, nobody else's name. And I don't show my bank statement to anybody in another country. If they keep my card restricted, they won't get another dime for me.

Absolute garbage I have never missed a payment in fact make a payment and pay it off weekly and get want my bank statement saying so but when I sent them proof they said they got it but still have to have the whole bank statement before lifting a restriction that was put on my account for making the payments too frequent lol yeah save yourself the trouble and stay clear of these people they are not even close to professional. Never ever use them

I had a credit card reversal done at a car service dealership because I was charged for a battery that was under warranty. The clerk corrected the error before I left the service station. That occurred in June and it’s now almost September. I sent them the transaction records of the reversal by email and made several calls to resolve the matter and the charges are still on my account. Each customer service representative asks for me to call back after a certain date, but each time the charge remains in my balance. I will be terminating this card as soon as the charges are removed.

Worst worthless card I have ever had!!! You can’t pay anything with this card, declines everything!!! You can’t make purchases with this card, also declines everything!!! What is the purpose of having this card 0000000000000000000!!!

I wish I could give it zero stars. Predatory company that hits you with so many fees you never actually make any progress “paying it off” do NOT get this card. This is the type of card they earn you about. Luckily I got a lump and paid it off and immediately cut it off. And guess what. Now they’re trying to charge me an “annual fee” welp my statements from the past two years I’ve never had that fee in July

Beware, explained to them a month ago Idid not want the card, this month got a bill, total crooks.

I had this card for nearly a year and made my payments or paid it off every month without fail. One month I added three payments because of the charges they were applying to my account. They suddenly took away my privileges for the card, even though the payments successfully went through and they said that I had to send them a statement of my bank account in order for them to release the restriction. I have been a good customer for this company for nearly a year and I resented the fact that they wanted me to do all of this even though the payments had successfully been cleared. I just closed my account today and I will further write a complaint to the federal trade commission. Don’t use this card.

I really wish that I had never applied for this Total Visa Credit Card. They’re so incompetent on how they handle things and you have to register to be on auto pay which that is just totally ridiculous. I’ve tried it so many multiple times and every time I get this message on the website that there is just something wrong. There’s something that’s not right. I’ve even called Customer Service and turned around and was on there for a good 30 minutes. Did it get resolved then NO I’m gonna pay my credit card off and I’m going to close it out because this is the end of this credit card company. It’s ridiculous. Whatever you do think very hard before you apply for this Total Visa card company they’re not worth it. I’ve learned my lesson for sure.

Esta targeta es un desastre yo la tengo por dos meses y ya la voy a saldar para dejarla por un supuestamente un Pago que no paso teniendo yo una unica cuenta registrada para los pagos des los $ 95 dolares del deposito la bloquearon por 30 dias mas 5 dias abiles osea casi dos meses en realidad no la recomiendo para nada

This credit card sucks!! It’s not even worth getting!! The fact you have to go inside a gas station to get fuel approval is bullshit! The card does not approve a lot of transactions. Bewarez!!

Horrible horrible customer service. I changed my address with all of my credit cards and lo and behold this piss poor card here required Bank statement, new id, utility bill, basically everything on the very first day that I moved to my new state. You have to upload these so that some Department can review them that is not staffed therefore making the card unusable. They put a restriction on the card and then tell you it will take 24 hours for the Restriction to be lifted. I'm on day four. This was already a pretty bad card that's really done me no good this just solidified it. Next time I'm never telling anybody that I'm moving I will just put a forward address in there and continue using my old zip code.
