Problem solved
After months of emails and phone calls to TE regarding arrears and having no explanation we decided to make a formal complaint. The following day we received a call from Laura Monsellato, Customer Complaints, who very pleasantly and diligently regularly called and emailed us until finally everything was clarified. We had a problem with our gas supply
We had a problem with our gas supply. TE kept treating it as a National Grid problem when it was on their side of the meter. In the end Christine Mupotsa got a gas engineer involved and the issue was fixed.
