Easy, but closed minded.
The process wad easy, much like my life; without too many complications. However, the forms kept referring to my spouse as my "wife". That is a very conservative approach to today's society.

I want both of the purchases cancelled
I want both of the purchases cancelled. You never did anything to fix the problem that my name is the agent, Shannon Brent Fulp, was on the notary sheet, page 1. I sent you a picture of page 1 to prove it. As of right now, all it says is that my wife is a principal and giving noone to to be POA. That's not what I needed or purchased. On 08/14/2025 and 08/15/2025.

The Financial POA was exactly what I needed. I answered a few questions and the document looked very professional when it was completed. What I liked most was the explanations at the bottom of the page of everything you were signing for.
You really should add to your list of documents two things. Non-Disclosure Agreement and Rescinding a Power of Attorney.
The reason why I chose TotalLegal is because you can purchase only what you needed and there is no monthly fee contract agreement.

Just to clarify, notarization is the process where a Notary Public witnesses you signing a legal document, either in person or online. TotalLegal is not a notary service. We provide tools to help our customers create documents. Then, the customer makes arrangements to sign that document in front of a Notary Public in their state.
