Delivery date
The company would never give me a doe date. They kept saying it's logistics. I told them all the company at least give you an estimate. I was afraid I was getting scammed. This was to be a Christmas present but needless to say that didn't work out.

Hi Jeri. Thank you for the review. I am sorry you feel we didn't live up to your expectations. You placed the order with us on Sunday, January 14th and it shipped out on Tuesday, January 16th. (Monday was a Federal Holiday) You emailed us on Tuesday looking for a status and we emailed you right back letting you know the order will arrive on Friday, January 19th which is 5 days after the order was placed and within the timeframe of what we stated when you originally placed the order. You should have received tracking information from us as well keeping you in the loop on shipping. Emails may be going into your SPAM filter which may be why you never saw our communications to you. We take pride in shipping out orders in a very timely manner and providing our customers with as much information as possible to keep them informed of delivery. Again, I am sorry to hear we let you down. If there is anything we can do for you, please let us know.

i AM GETTING A BIT ANNOYED AT THE NUMBER OF EMAILS YOU HAVE SENT ME AND WANT YOU TO STOP. i ALREADY RATED THE BRACELET IN A PREVIOUS EMAIL SO THERE WAS NO NEED TO SEND ME ANOTHER EMAIL. VERY ANNOYING AND I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM YOU FOLKS AGAIN.

The dammitt dolls are great… but the random ones were butt ugly patterns. It works much better if you pick one pattern. Those dammitt dolls rate a 5!

Hi love the bag
Hi love the bag. The zippers a little stiff on side pockets. I did pay way extra for expedited delivery ($15+) and it did not arrive for a week +. It was the holidays. Otherwise very happy. I am a Smateria fan! 3 rd bag!
