Very quick shipping and I received notice when it was shipped and arrived. The receipt in the package also had a handwritten thank you! I felt like I was ordering from a friend!

I had a plush kidney shipped to someone in the hospital, however they were released the day the package was delivered. The hospital had just put return to sender on the package. When I contacted the company to see if it had been returned, Jay was very helpful in tracking down the package and getting it reshipped to the recipient's home address. Really appreciate the great service.

I am very disappointed in the service I received. I paid $13.95 for expedited shipping. Instead of being there in four days(or less) it was there in eight. I sent them a reply when they told me it would arrive in ten days. They have yet to reply. So now not only am I out all the extra money I spent on postage, I have to pay more to get someone to sent it to myson-in-law. If you order from here, order two or three months out.
In response to their reply, I did inform them on 24 December 2024. Had they explained their delivery problem, I would not have written the review. Had they not lied about my not noticing them, I would have taken it down. As for the postage, I cannot imagine this company would pay $13.95 to ship this item in 10 days.

The order form indicated you didn't have a choice; however, the two dolls I selected were sent to me!

Totally Awesome is just that “Totally Awesome “! I’ve ordered 2 Dammit Dolls from them so far and can’t believe how fast both dolls were delivered. I was worried about the delivery of the second doll. The doll was for my daughter in law. Their house in North Carolina was damaged in the aftermath of Helene. The doll is an early birthday present and will hopefully cheer her up.

I bought a pack of 5 to give my stressed out co-workers and it made their day! People couldn't stop laughing! I had to buy 5 more right away for Christmas and birthday gifts. They are made extremely well and both orders arrived so fast! You can't go wrong getting these for gifts. They're amazing.
