Great and fast service.

Changed and added what I wanted with no problems! Came out exactly how i wanted. Absolutely loved it! Arrived quickly too.

I was disappointed with my experience using this service. Despite waiting a long time for my order, the invitations were incorrect, and the link didn't work for my guests. To make matters worse, I was charged extra for basic customizations like wording changes. After the video, the 'URNotInvited' message played, causing confusion among my guests. I requested a refund before receiving the invitation, but was told it wasn't possible after they finally sent the incorrect link. I ended up having to purchase invitations from another company. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Updated Response: You said that the customization came with no additional cost - that’s not true. I was charged an additional $25 for changing the wording. When there weren’t any specific instructions or areas to request this when I ordered the invitations.

Also, there was no holiday present at the time of my order. So, I’m unsure of what you’re referring too. The issue wasn’t addressed until I asked for a refund the 3rd time.

I just want the company to take accountability for all the mistakes. Even still some of the items that were promised still have the wrong wording. I’m out of almost $100 for a digital invitation I can’t use.

Future buyers please be careful! I hope this feedback is helpful in making necessary changes to prevent similar issues for other customers.

Was a very quick and smooth process.
I had questions and they answered me right away. I’m very satisfied and I love my baby invitation. Everyone thought it was cute and creative.

I tell you they deserve more than 5 stars . Sara responded and adjusted any change that was needed on the invite . We did the princess and the frog video invite and literally was a hit . I would definitely use this company again .

Invitation was beyond what I asked for thank you

The video was absolutely adorable but I sent by text and it was so blurry it couldn't be read. I then tried to email but it wouldn't work. I sent an email to the help line. It sent me a msg back telling me to do what I had written I had already done. Wrote a second email and never got a reply. Great idea but the IT part needs more work. I played around with it and managed to finally get it out to friends.

Easy to customize your cards. Customer service is great. All my friends and family were impressed by the invitations. Wish my RSVP info would be sent directly to my phone instead of website.

I was blown away when I saw their sample video that displays the event information and custom photo and a song! When purchased I was assisted with all my questions, concerns and requests on how exactly I wanted the website. My guests are in love with my invitations and they can conveniently rsvp online and even write a special message. All my guests are so impressed and getting so many compliments.
