Hi Helen. I am sorry you didn't like the design, but the way its placed on the reclaimed wood is actually how the sign is supposed to look and how it's pictured on our website. Second Hand Wood Signs are designed to have that rustic look and by using reclaimed wood, it gives each one a uniqueness and a special charm. If however the design is defective we will certainly not only take the sign back, but we will pay for the shipping back to us.
