Fantastic Customer Service

Great product and customer service
Really delighted with the service from start to finish. There was quite a bit of to-ing and fro-ing on my part as the initial design changed and then waiting for budget approval but Jack was really patient and very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely use this company again and have already recommended to colleagues.

Absolutely Outstanding Service
I’ve been genuinely blown away by Totally Branded. From the first enquiry right through to receiving my order the service has been exceptional. You can tell straight away that this is a company built on brilliant people.
A huge thank you to Charlotte, Harrison and Michaela every interaction with them has been so friendly helpful and professional. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble and their communication has been outstanding.
I also had the pleasure of dealing with Mitchell whose personal touch and thoughtful approach really reflect the heart of the company. It’s rare these days to come across a business where the whole team are consistently this attentive and customer focused.
My order arrived quickly beautifully presented and the quality is fantastic. With my husband being in the print industry (a different area entirely) I know how much work goes on behind the scenes and Totally Branded absolutely deliver on quality and service.
I order branded items throughout the year and I can honestly say I won’t be going anywhere else now. When a company treats customers this well they earn your loyalty.

Very pleased with the service
A very efficient service. The branded pens for our Rotary club’s Christmas appeal are good quality, reasonably priced and I was kept informed of progress in the production process very well indeed by Rachel.

Great Company
I’ve worked with Jack H and the team at Totally Branded a couple of times now and have always had a great experience. Communication is brilliant from start to finish – from planning our products to receiving regular updates on production and delivery. Visual proofs arrive quickly, nothing is ever too much trouble, and the final product is always spot on.
