5 Star service
A totally professional service from Totally Branded. Customer service were very patient with me perfecting our logo mugs as we've experienced issues when ordering from other companies. But it was worth the extra time to perfect as the pantone colour matches were spot on and the font exactly as specified. The mugs arrived quicker than I expected and were exactly what we ordered, plus the price was better than anywhere else so all round I'm really happy I found Totally Branded and will be using them again, thank you for a 5 star service

Excellent Service
I had a last minute event and they were able to complete and deliver my order faster than their usual lead times. I was sent regular updates on my order and the tote bags were good quality and made from recycled cotton which was a bonus.

Communication was second to none, nothing was a problem, all clothing is great in color and quality, delivery time was spot on, cant complain about anything, Harry was amazing! would 100% recommend.

I recently used Totally Branded for some work, and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jessica Boulton for the fantastic service.
Jessica was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and her attention to detail really stood out. It made a big difference knowing everything was in such capable hands.

Brilliant customer service and super accommodating, given the fact we were up against a very tight deadline. The entire team ensured we received all the branded merchandise within 2 days of order (quote had already been provided). Can't recommend them more and will definitely use them again

I would rate 10 stars if I could! Charlotte and the team at Totally branded we incredible!
I purchased branded tote bags from the site on express delivery, after this I got a phone call to confirm the order and to let me know that as this is a large order that they were putting on a night shift to still get it to me on time. I was not expecting this at all and I cannot thank them enough for the level of service! I will now use totally branded going forward for everything I need branded for my business.

48Hr Express Service is not a 48Hr service...
Ordered branded merchandise using the 48 hour express service. Delivery date after the confirmed delivery date, 96 hours later. Too late to use for the event we intended to use the items for and delivered to a location (of our choosing) that means I now have to arrange for the items to be collected and shipped elsewhere. Customer Care team seem uninterested in assisting with this.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. We fully appreciate how important the delivery timing was for your event, and I sincerely apologise that the order did not arrive within the expected 48-hour timeframe.
As discussed, due to the delay on our side, we have offered a full refund and invited you to keep the bags with our compliments. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we wanted to make this right as quickly as possible.
We are also in the process of organising a courier at our cost to move the bags to the new location for you.
We have taken your feedback seriously and have already modified our internal process to help prevent this human error mistake from happening again in the future.
