Great Ongoing Experience
We have used Totally Branded for various products including mugs, notebooks and pens. We are happy with all the items received, which have been high quality, durable and the colour-matches have been wonderful. The ongoing excellent service means we will continue working with them in future.

Dreadful customer service from top to…
Dreadful customer service from top to bottom. They delivered totally incorrect pens to my client without having bothered to check them. They would not send printed samples of the goods I ordered on behalf of my client so I had no idea what they looked like. They do not return phone calls. Avoid !

When an issue was identified with the original pens, we provided an upgraded replacement at no additional cost in an effort to resolve the matter.
For clarity, we do not provide printed samples after production unless specifically requested and paid for at the time of ordering.
Following your recent communications with our team, we have decided it is no longer appropriate to continue working together, as our expectations and ways of working are not aligned.
We wish you every success in finding a supplier more suited to your requirements.

Charity Rebranding - Thanks Totally Branded for all your help!

100% Recommend & Use Again - Service & Quality Are Great
Ordering was made really simple, and any questions I did have were quickly answered for me. A special shout out to Harry Potter who has been so so helpful especially surrounding the artwork questions I had! My order was delivered impressively quickly - and the quality of items are fantastic - we are all so happy with all of them! Would recommend Totally Branded and would 100% use again!

Ordered some branded mugs, I was emailed every step of the way throughout the order and delivery process. Had an issue with the courier damaging a couple of items on delivery, Totally Branded sorted instantly.
Secondary importance the items were of a good price and great quality. Will definitely buy from this company again.
