Steve and the crew at Total tax are 5star professionals when it comes to solving your tax problems. He Treat you like family and hell, I never met him in person but I feel like he’s family because of the personal care that was taken for my case. I would recommend all my friends and relatives that have tax issues to reach out to Total tax to help solve any legal tax problems. Total Tax has been preparing our returns for several years. We have appreciated their thorough, timely and professional service. Though we no longer are dealing with property purchases, sales, rental issues, and etc., Total Tax has prepared our 2022 taxes with the same commitment.

I signed up with this company months ago, they were supposed to help me. get my taxes caught up. What a joke, they did nothing and 3 months went by, I had to move on to find a company that could really help me.

Total tax is great, I’ve been having my tax returns done there for years. Love the local service, everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Total scam is a better name for this corporation! My husband and I fell right into the fast talking lawyers scam. We were quoted a total of 40,000 owed in back taxes and both signed the paperwork. A few short weeks later we couldn't get in contact with the people assigned to our case, I call it passing the buck. We attempted leaving messages, emails, and text to no avail. Finally we received a call back because we changed credit cards and they didn't receive their payment, which is ridiculous, its a sad thing, but its all about the Benjamin's! The team informed us that they were still working on our tax returns and would get back in contact with us as soon as they were completed. The lack of communication is one of their biggest down falls. We decided to continue working with total scam, because we had already paid $2,300.00, hoping communication would get better and they would do their job. Once their team had completed our tax returns we received a phone call, to our surprise our $40,000 debt nearly tripled!!! They wanted us to sign new documents agreeing to this tripled price, NO WAY were we agreeing to do that, so we fired them and decided to go to another tax lawyer that is local (regret not doing this in the beginning).
Be cautious of all the five star reviews, because now the only stars we see are the ones they gave us from a complete knockout!!

PROS
• The Total Tax Inc. contract was easy to read and understand. While this may not sound like a big deal, it is! Clarity and transparency speak to integrity.

• The cost of service was both reasonable and affordable. They even offer payment plans if you cannot afford to pay the full amount upfront.

• There was no bait and switch or fine print I missed. The amount Total Tax Inc quoted in my contract is the exact amount I paid. Additional fees, if any, were for additional services. Wow! That's refreshing.

• A team of people were assigned to my case, each handling a certain aspect, all the while creating a system of checks and balances that ensured every "i" was dotted and "t" crossed.

• Communication was exceptional! Someone always answered the phone if I called during business hours. That's pretty rare these days. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. More importantly, Total Tax Inc kept me informed on the status of my case every step of the way. I never had to call and ask for an update.

• No judgment, just solutions! I was treated with dignity and respect by every person who worked on my case. Every member of the team was experienced, professional, compassionate, and results-oriented.

• My Total Tax Case Manager, Mark W., is a tax god who deserves a special shout out! I can't say enough good things about him. There's simply not enough superlatives. These guys totally saved my life. My daughter is getting married in Europe and the IRS was holding up my passport. They immediately got to work and got it released for me.
