Travel Insurance do everything possible not to help
Ive tried over 20 travel insurance companies including Total Protection resulting in exorbitant quotes for a single trip, a renewal lady offered me annual insurance but only quoted gold standard price, far too expensive! However she emailed the quote and I saw the silver annual price which was just about acceptable. I rang and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who turned my experience round and offered real help and understanding. Without his help I would not have bought the policy with you. It has saved me for another year but I dread the next renewal period. No Insurance company including yours cared enough to help. You all penalise pensioners, you say you offer help but all you care about is taking the money and getting out of paying as many claims as you can. Is it any wonder I am absolutely disgusted with your service.

It took quite a while to renew my policy on the phone considering I had filled the form in to renew my policy.
However I was happy with the renewal price which was very good
