Helpful staff
Helpful staff, when I had problems not knowing the correct medical terminology of a couple of conditions, they looked into it with their medical doctors, who gave us the correct wording. We were then able to complete the form and purchase the travel insurance.

Easy and comprehensive

Total Travel Protection annual policy is a very good option and considerably cheaper than some other providers for the same level of cover. The website is easy to use both for the initial quotation process and also for making changes to the policy. The renewal process is very simple, even if you have made amendments, which causes the renewal to be manually instigated. Very pleased with the product.

Right price to cover all the medical conditions requested
I used this company the previous year, I didn’t make a claim so unable to verify how efficient the service would be if I had to make a claim.
However when searching for medical travel insurance again this year the price was the best around to cover all our medical conditions. Other quotes I got ranged from the price I paid up to over £6000 for annual cover for a couple.
The member of staff answering my query on the phone was very helpful, reassuring me I would be covered for the condition i required. Good service offered so far.
