Great Customer Service
I've always ordered my work clothing from here and I have never been disappointed.
There was a slight mix up on a previous order but they were able to resolve it instantly and the items arrived the next day as promised so there customer service is excellent.

Responsive and efficient

Excellent service from Total Workwear
Excellent service from Total Workwear. I purchased 2 pairs of Regatta work trousers from them at a very good price. In addition I had a logo embroidered on both pairs, which is of very high quality. Delivery is very quick and also a a good price.
I have communicated with Adam on a couple of occasions and the service provided by him is perfect. I highly recommend them and will continue to buy all my workwear needs from them.

Totally recommend for products & customer service
Wow! Not only were the products reasonably priced, perfectly printed and great value, the customer service is second to none. Good service but disappointed with product.
Good service, polite and pleasant person in the shop, however the work pants which were specifically bought with a pocket for knee pads are not much use as the pockets aren’t in line with the knee, ie: they are to the outside of the leg.

Excellent and Really Nice firm to deal with
We placed two relatively large orders with Total Workwear for sports club branded clothing for two different organisations with different branding - and Total Workwear have been excellent from start to finish. They have been really helpful throughout the process and have gone out of their way to be helpful and keep us fully informed. There was a slight mix up on the order (which was quite a complicated order to be fair to them) and this was rectified immediately without any fuss. We would 100% recommend Total Workwear for your branded clothing - they have been great to work with and the quality is excellent and the pricing was extremely competitive. We would not hesitate in placing our business with them again and would recommend them. Thank you so much.

Dont use them
We ordered 2 pairs of trousers from them on the 31 December 25, paid for overnight delivery. But we didn't get the trousers until the 13 Jan 26. It was only after we had questioned where the order was. (as nowhere on their website did it tell us trouser were out of stock), that we also were given a confirmation of our order until Friday 8 Jan 26, then we were promised the item would some the next day, but despite waiting in all day for the delivery. It wasn't until Friday (9 Jan 26) night. That we were finally told we would have to wait until the Monday (12 Jan 26), Finally at 4pm (12 Jan 26) the delivery appeared, Delivery driver offered no apology for late delivery (even as a courtesy).
Although Amy from Total Workwear did ask that I emailed her, and she would deal with the order. We still haven't heard anything more (despite emailing them several time (never any answer on phone). I will contact Trading Standards.

Update - Hi Claire, I have had a telephone chat with your partner and explained that the order was placed while we were closed over Christmas and New Year, and as such processed when we returned to work in the New Year. We were waiting on stock replenishment from the supplier to fulfil your order, but unfortunately due to the storm and snow the UK experienced, the couriers were adversely affected by up to 5 days, and this has impacted the timing of when you received your order. Please accept our apologies regarding the delay. As you can see from our previous reviews, there is never normally an issue, and we have excellent reviews both on here and on Google reviews.

Worst experience surprisingly as I purchased after reading reviews.
I bought 3 fleece last week on your website,
And paid extra for next-day delivery; however, it has now been over a week and I have ONLY received the order confirmation but
NO dispatch notification, tracking details, or estimated delivery date.
I have made multiple attempts to contact your company. Emails are failing to deliver, and telephone calls go unanswered. At present, I have no information regarding the status of my order or confirmation that it has even been dispatched.
This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused significant concern as to whether my order will be fulfilled.
It will help if you treat this matter as urgent and provide Confirmation.

I know that we have already updated you on this by telephone as it was myself you spoke to on Monday morning but thought I would clarify the issues raised in my reply for clarity for Trust Pilot purposes.
Unfortunately you order was delayed due to unforeseen problems and delays with couriers as a result of the snow and storm that encapsulated the majority of the UK on the day and days after you placed your order. This is unfortunately out of our hands, and we tried our best to update everyone affected as soon as we realised which orders were being affected.
Regarding the next day delivery part of your comment, your order has been shipped using a next-day delivery service. As part of the check-out process on our website, we make it clear that this service is next day from the date it leaves our warehouse, not from the date you place your order. This service is the only delivery service we offer, and no extra money was charged to yourself.
Our customer service team work office hours on weekdays hence why your email on the Saturday morning did not receive a reply over the weekend and will also explain why you could not reach us by telephone. Our operating hours are clearly listed on both our website and Google.
I'd also like to gently point out that in your review you mention that "it has now been over a week". However the order was placed on Tuesday evening and this review was written on the Saturday morning.
I do understand that delays are frustrating and disappointing. I apologise for the delay you encountered due to the inclement weather and reassure you that both ourselves and our couriers did what we could to reduce the impact on our customers. My request for embroidery was not a…
My request for embroidery was not a large order, just 2 separate but different pieces, which is not always welcomed in terms of setting up the machine. However, I spoke to Amy on the phone initially and she couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. When I arrived on site, I met Adam who was so accommodating spending time to go through fonts, colours etc. I received samples via email. They were perfect, exactly as I had envisaged. Customer service means a lot to me and Total Workwear provided a valued personal and professional experience.
