We’ve used total workwear many times, the order is always delivered in good time and there has never been any mistakes. I would highly recommend.

Item ordered is late
Item ordered is late, I've no tracking number, no idea when arriving and already asked for review. They suggest me to contact Sales assistance e nobody replied to me. Update: now they replied twice and I know what happened to my parcel still there is a big chance thet it will arrive late for what I needed for

Hi Raffaele. I'm sorry to see that you have experienced a delay with your parcel from us. I believe that your order was dispatched back on 14th April, but to be 100% certain I've got the correct order/shipment, please can you email us your order number and address to sales@totalworkwear.co.uk so that we can investigate this further. Our system is set up to ask for a review 5 days after dispatch, hence why you would have received the automated review email already.

An excellent business.
The staff are very helpful, the clothes were excellent quality, my order was completed within a week. All in all I'm extremely happy with the service and will absolutely be using them again and I have already recommended Total Workwear to my friends and colleagues .

Decent quality gear at a reasonable price
Finally, found someone selling decent quality gear at a reasonable price. Bought a fleece and shorts with all the zips and pockets etc. Both are just great, and didn't cost the earth.

Boots are great
Boots are great, average price when compared with competitors.
Can't understand why it took 4 days to dispatch my order in 2025. For that reason, I won't be a repeat customer. Very disappointing customer service.

Lead time and price wholly reasonable
Fristads garments are great quality but take a bit of getting hold of. Lead time and price from Total Workwear were both reasonable and the process simple. Got what I ordered with no fuss.

Ordered some work wear which there was…
Ordered some work wear which there was loads to choose from, setting up our bespoke label was easy and inexpensive. Although they couldn't get the original gilet I ordered due to it being out of stock with the manufacturer they worked with me to find a new, and to be honest better replacement gilet. When the goods arrived they were perfect, they even managed to get an almost invisible detail in the embroidery.Great value for money and excellent customer service.

Our first order with you and the team was very helpful, good and patient ind getting the Logos for each clothing item to our liking and as we had visioned it.
Adam was very accommodating and provided numerous sample photos so we could get it just right.
