Hi Alex,
It appers you're order was placed on Easter Sunday, our postal services were closed the following Easter Monday. There was then a stock issue which was communicated with you, but we did not hear a reply until the following Tuesday.
Once we received confirmation from you on the Tuesday, we sent your order out that day. However, there seems to be delays within Royal Mail from the Easter period.
We've chased this up for you but please be aware this is something that is out of our control!

Needed to write a review to replace my old one. Husband visited the shop today and was asked if me (his wife) was OK for liquid as they had returned to the old manufacturer, I was literally on my way to another shop to try their range when hubby called me, and I am so so happy 😊 I didn't have To go anywhere else love the guys at TOV they make the experience a positive one everytime, so off I went to get myself 20 bottles ....just in case ! Glad it wasn't just me and my taste buds ....filled my pod up and I enjoy vaping again so thank you guys !

Best vape shop in the business
Touch of vape are without question the best vape shop in the business. I ordered online the night before and received a message within minutes telling me it was bagged up and ready for me to collect. On arrival to this spotlessly clean, brightly lit shop I spoke with Steve (who is so lovely and helpful) who gave me my order. We proceeded to then have a coffee and a catch up while he stocked up and helped other customers. The service is amazing and they always remember customers names and orders. 10 stars if I could 😁😁

Bad communication
its been 2 weeks and i still dont know when my order will arrive.... you have to mention that in your website that orders to other countrys take more than 2 weeks so that people know that! Never ordering again

I can't recommend this shop enough! 1. The customer service is excellent the guys really take time to get to know there customers to the point I could send my misses in and she just told them my name and they new exactly what I needed, great service through out and great knowledge and they don't try to up sell they just get you what you need brilliant shop great staff
