Toy Star Avis

My son is 29 months and this bike is the perfect size we have it at the lowest height and his feet can just sit flat on the ground while sitting so will get plenty of use out of it. Arrived fast, easy to assemble and my son likes it.

All good, it arrived on time and my daughter and her husband was able to follow the instructions fairly easily.

Great service the product arrived safely on time and it was a very good price. Highly recommend

Very fast delivery; good customer service on the phone; product as described. Excellent all round service

We were missing a bolt the price was fab and I’m sure if we’d bothered to contact them the customer service would have been good

Ordered an 8ft trampoline online. It arrived on time and all was as described. Easy to assemble by two people. Good quality product.

I am happy with my purchase, a trampoline. It arrived quickly, the 2 boxes at the same time and in good condition.

Very good customer servise, I like them from the start when they assured me on the phone that they do free returns if im not happy with it. The trampoline turned to be great! Looks sturdy and proffesionaly made. The kids love it. It just take few hours (4-5) to buld if its one person.

I was a little hesitant at first as I had never used the site. However, the payment process was smooth, fast delivery and excellent product.

Easy to order. Easy to track. Arrived when it should. My Grandson was delighted with his Trampoline!

Customer service very helpful, polite, expeditious and solution focused- trampoline excellent value for money - good quality and delivered in a timely manner

Very quick delivery. Great quick response to email queries and great product. 5 year old loves it. Easy big enough for two children.

Great product arrived early, would definitely recommend 😊

Very good service, item was cheaper than other stores who stocked it by over £10! Delivery was fast and packaged well, would definitely use this company again.

Placed order for my son, it said 2-5day delivery, it arrived the very next day!!! FANTASTIC service. Thank you toy star!

The basketball net arrived on time and is excellent value for money, and our 10 yr old son was thrilled. The only reason not getting a 5 was the assembly instructions were challenging, and the height raising mechanism was imperfect.
