**Extremely Disappointed with Toyota Corporate – 2026 Toyota bZ Battery Problems and Poor Customer Service**
I am extremely disappointed with Toyota and Toyota Corporate. I purchased a brand-new 2026 Toyota bZ, expecting the reliability, quality, and customer service that Toyota is known for. Unfortunately, my experience has been completely unacceptable.
My vehicle has repeatedly experienced the same 12V battery problem, despite having only approximately 600 miles on it. **I have already taken the vehicle to the dealership for four repairs for the same issue, but the problem continues. I have also had to jump-start the car five times.** I have videos documenting these jump-start incidents as evidence of the ongoing problem. It is unbelievable that I have to keep a jump starter in a brand-new 2026 vehicle just to make sure it will start.
On July 27, I filed a Lemon Law claim with Toyota Corporate. I was told that the process would take approximately 60 days. It has now been 75 days, and I still have not received a meaningful update or a response to my emails and calls.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is Toyota Corporate's repeated failure to follow through. Every time I call, I am told that my case manager will contact me within two days. This promise has been made four times, yet nobody has called me back. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is completely unacceptable.
I purchased a new car, not a vehicle that leaves me constantly worried about whether it will start. Four repair attempts, five jump-starts, supporting video evidence, and still no permanent solution or meaningful response from Toyota Corporate. This experience has caused me significant frustration, wasted time, inconvenience, and a complete loss of confidence in the company.
**Toyota Corporate needs to take responsibility and resolve this matter immediately.** I expect a prompt response to my Lemon Law claim and an appropriate resolution, including a vehicle repurchase or another remedy available under applicable law. If Toyota continues to ignore my concerns, I am prepared to pursue the legal options available to me.
I never expected this kind of experience from Toyota. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a Toyota to research the company's customer service and how it handles serious vehicle problems before making a decision.
A company's reputation means nothing if customers are left without answers when they need help the most. I have repair records and videos documenting my experience, and I expect Toyota to take this complaint seriously and provide the resolution I deserve.
**Toyota, this is a brand-new 2026 vehicle with only 600 miles on it. Four repair attempts, five jump-starts, and 75 days of waiting for a Lemon Law claim response are unacceptable. Please take responsibility and resolve this issue.**
