It’s a scam. They say that package got damaged and they have to resend it but they will never send it. I wish we can sue this company.

Ordered a toy for my kids. Said was it was delivered according to the tracking QR code, but I can't see any info after it flashed that it had been delivered. I can't get the QR code to pull it up again. Called the phone number and no one ever answered. On the order status it doesn't give any info of the delivered item.

Probably a Scam. Stay away

I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/12 and it was to be shipped 3-5 business days later. It was never shipped and when I went to the website after that, it was now listed as "Sold Out". I was never notified of it not being available, yet they still went on to charge my credit card for a product they didn't even have in stock and ready to ship! The online costumer support chat feature has completely ghosted me. I'm trying to cancel my order right now, but I have bad feeling about getting a refund...

This company. When the box arrived, only one set was in the box. I have sent no fewer than 6 emails and attempted to call the clearly fake number listed. Every response I get is a canned response that uses the tracking number for the box mailed with no acknowledgment of the missing items that were never packed. I have tried everything I can think of and now I’ll just be going to my credit card company. Avoid at all cost

Bad experience,
Unresponsive and no way to track my order.
Had to order from another Vendor.
Trying to cancel my order but they are unresponsive.
Will have to elevate the dispute with Amex !

I am extremely upset by this outcome!
I ordered this product on 11.22.
It was lost in shipment.
I received an email asking me if I wished to have it resent.
I confirmed that I did on 12.11.
Then on 12.18 I received another email, telling me this product is no longer in stock.
This is incredibly disappointing, and now, with Christmas being less than a week away, I will need to acquire a replacement gift.

Ordered some Legos that never arrived, even though they said they were delivered. When I called (3x), no response.

I ordered gifts for Christmas, still waiting. I called there customer service number, the first time I called they answered and said I should get a tracking number the next day never received the tracking number that was a week ago. I keep calling back the answer the phone and just set it down and won’t talk so I have no idea if the package will come before Christmas or if this was a scam I would suggest not to use this site. I am going to see if my bank can give me a refund.

ATTENTION - please do not use this site for any purchase. They take your money the day of the purchase and then they give you a refund a few days after with no reason whatsoever. Finally, they boost the price of your item, so they can make more money on you, which is TOTALLY ILLEGAL! They never answered all my attempts to understand what was going on. Simply fraudulent!

Do not buy from this company. I received the incorrect purchase and something worth a fraction of the money I spent and have repeatedly requested a refund to no avail. So disappointing considering it was a Christmas present for my son, purchased early to ensure no delays and I havent received what was purchased.

What could have been better about the experience? It was perfect and timely. Very well done. No complaints from me

I was confused with how I had to through a furniture store to order carnivorous food ,is there a easer why to order plants and things I like. I love carnivorous plants and using the food also helps when the bugs are not available. Can I get a easer way to order and a price list of such It would hep a great deal . THANK YOU HB.2025

Waste of time and money. I placed an order two weeks ago when their site said I should expect my product within 2-3 business days. According to my information, the order is still being prepared for shipment.
Have called and emailed several times, each time I've received absolutely no response.
Highly doubt they'll be getting my business again in the future.

I'll bet you anything those 5 star ratings about how their service was so fast were either paid for, or written by whoever owns the company.

Update: have gotten an update that a package is now in transit. Will provide further update upon arrival. Still not rating a higher star as they don't deserve it.

I ordered from this company and they just ordered the item for half the price from Amazon and sent it to me from there. I have never experienced something like this.

tried to cancel order, contacted them several times with no reply. Don't trust these guys one little bit

Impossible to get in contact with. Half my order came yet I've been charged for all of it. Sent emails, left messages at their odd call center. Not a peep outta them. Order 4399. Won't ever purchase from here again. The product I did receive came quickly and I was excited to use them again, until half my stuff wasn't in the order. Beware of anything goes wrong with your order, which it will, you're not getting any help
