What a scam of a company. I filled in a form online & within seconds a pushy salesman is wanting me to invest funds into an unknown bank account.
Told him I needed more time to research company before I invest and he was very rude.
Don’t be sucked into this scam of a company!

I registered with the company after reading about the free automatic trading available.
I liked the idea as they kept saying about the market being ‘time critical’ and I didn’t have to spend all day checking.
I wasn’t sure at first so only deposited the minimum.
The platform did not look easy to use and someone called me to talk me through set up, but not how to use it. I was informed that someone will call me at 9.30 in 5 days time.
Alarm bells should have started ringing at that point, but I waited and 2 hours past the appointment time I had not received a call.
It was then I withdrew the £200 I had deposited. I immediately got a phone call with information of how to trade.
I explained I was concerned and now thought it was a scam and the ‘advisor’ wanted me to deposit another £200 to start trading.
I refused and explained for a company where time was critical they couldn’t even make the first appointment! There was no apology or goodwill gesture that a genuine company may offer.
A week later my deposit is returned to my bank MINUS £15. I emailed the company twice to ask why as I hadn’t traded to be charged any commission or taxes and I had not used any of the services for any other fees. Two weeks on I have not had a reply.
On reading further, the ‘free automatic trading’ is not free either. You must purchase bots or just have a 24 hour trial.
The advisors are also not free! You have to hire them.

In conclusion the advert was misleading to fraudulent and customer service is non existent.
I didn’t get the opportunity to trade so can’t comment on that, but don’t expect to get your earnings back in full!!!!!

I registered with Tradeo and then decided against it as I required my money back. I have sent numerous emails and nobody has responded to me and I am out of pocket. Any ideas how this can be resolved ASAP?

These people are absolute nuisance, after reading the reviews I stopped opening an account and since then they have been calling me non stop with different numbers. Avoid them.
