Problems with Tradeo
Ever since contacting Tradeo and handing over £250 I have had nothing but problems.Although the agent who was helping me at the beginning was Very patient and helpful after less than 2weeks he had to go off with some covid related problem.the next week I was contacted by the* head of department of financial services*(her words) and told that another agent would be in touch.Fine except Tradeo had been hacked along with my details and I ended up paying £100 to a dodgy a/c.ICould go on but let's just say that altogether I'm out of pocket by £500 plus ,it's over a month since I contacted Tradeo and I'm still not making any money and the phone hasn't stopped ringing with con merchants trying to relieve of even more money and no apology from the company for all the hassle I've been through.Tradeo how do I shut down this a/c and is there any chance I might get some money back?

If you are new to trading and are unlucky enough to be introduced to trading with these people! then beware! It is a scary pushy company that gets you to invest £200 then you will be out of your depth with the continuous pushy sales team then they just put the phone down on you when you request to close your account! This has been a vicious loop the loop cycle of emailing, messaging and phone calls and they still will not close my account!!! I've had a scary moment when I withdrew my funding thinking I had been scammed, luckily my money went back into my bank minus £25 but it is worrying my account is still open for trading so if someone is out there that can give me advise on how to get my account closed from this company please let me know

As with many of the reviews below they are aggressive in their tactics. They was fine when you deposit the money but having read more about this company and realised this was not a safe bet I withdrew my money. I have been questioned and was told this appeared fraudulent. I was told that I am an adult and should know what I want to do with my money and if I withdraw it will seem suspicious. This is exactly how they got a bad rap in the newspaper. Since pulling my funds from these crooks I have been bombarded by these “people” if that’s what you call them. I have been called and pranked called by Tradeo for weeks now and unnecessarily hounded. They even called me 5 times today asking why I took my money back and want to know more. Having requested to stop calling they then got different members of their dodgy teams to call me to antagonise me. I said I am reporting them and will seek legal for the harassment and threats. Not sure how they are still allowed to operate but given the distress they are causing by using scare mongering I will be taking this as far as possible.

Awful company. Spoke with a Shannon Green who was rude, argumentative and out right disrespectful. I also read below someone had the same advisor who had the same experience as we did. Set up an account and straight away asked for more money.

Helpful to get you signed up, pushy and quick to accept funds.
Rude, obnoxious and felt like an interrogation when I withdrew and wanted to close the account, questioning me and actually out the phone down on me! Questioned me for not answering my phone when they had previously tried to call! If I don’t recognise the number, I rarely answer!

i appreciate their trading conditions. I signed up with this broker and chose an MT4 market trading account. I always stick with market execution trading accounts no matter what broker I chose. This time I did the same. I appreciate their execution. I’m not kept waiting until a market price shows up. I also tested a withdrawal and received money on my Card wallet in an hour.

Excellent service and so patient
I don't usually write reviews online, but since this service is exemplary with and so much patience, I felt it was necessary. I was very skeptical at first since it is a online platform, but that quickly changed when I was introduced to my relationship manager who was so helpful in showing me how to trade responsibly in such a patient manner.
