I brought a porch and a gezebo both were perfect very easy to put together everything fitted as it should and the plans and instructions were clear and easy to follow we are going to order a pagoda next.

The team at Trade Oak, particularly Paul was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The quality of the doors, windows and the frame is exceptional. The team who came to assemble our annex frame, and make other deliveries were also very skilled and professional. Any big project has glitches but what matters is how they are resolved. The trade oak team handled and resolved everything very professionally and with care. I’ll be ordering more for our next build phase from trade oak again and look forward to it.

Great service from design to delivery

I fitted it myself, I’m reasonably competent when it comes to building but a novice could put it together fairly easily as the kit seems really well made.

From the moment i made contact with sales (Jade) she could not have been more helpful, i was a bit apprehensive about buying online without seeing and feeling at first. my concerns always got a instant and professional answer. when the delivery arrived i was surprised at the size and sturdiness of the kit, but with a little help and musclepower from friends everything sliped together perfectly without any sawing and bashing. in all good value for money and a good purchasing experience.

Ordered our porch 31st January 2023. And they said it would be delivered by 27th April. And It came a few days after.
