I was really impressed by the customer care from Trade Oak, from initial enquiries about the product, to adjustments to draft plans to create the bespoke construction that perfectly fitted our requirements and through to arrangements for delivery. The quality of the gazebo absolutely met with our expectations. I cannot rate Trade Oak highly enough.

The Guys at Trade Oak were really helpful from start to finish. Jay assisted us a great deal over the phone before I'd even placed my order which was one of the main reasons we went with them. Once ordered the process was really straightforward and we were were able to make minor adjustments with the design. A couple of parts were initially missed with our delivery, but they went over and above to deliver the next day by 8am. Really pleased with the quality of the product and with the customer service.

We had a pergola designed by Paul. He was so accommodating of the changes we had to make as the garden design progressed.

The sales process was really simple and unhurried but best of all we weren`t "sold" to. It was a collaborative experience to ensure we got what we wanted.

Any company can take and process an order, but when things go wrong this is when a company show their true colours.

There was a minor issue that arose from the machining of the pergola. Paul and the team were so proactive in finding a solution that worked and kept open communication until resolved.

The item is exactly what we envisaged and the aftersales proved we made the right choice working with them... Can`t recommend them highly enough!

I will start by saying I can highly recommend this company. I ordered a 2 bay oak carport with catslide from Paul, who was knowledgeable, not pushy just professional. We had to amend the spec after ordering due to planning requirements, and Paul, Roger and Ben were all very accomodating. All timescales were met and the product looks very good. We opted for the fitting service and have to say that Aiden and his assistant were brilliant, working in some challenging weather conditions here on the Isle of Wight, finishing well on time, always cheery and helpful. Well done to them both who were the face of Trade Oak, as all other dealings were by phone or email! An excellent product, thanks to all involved

Bought a Trade Oak gazebo, 6x4m, all of the communication was great, it was delivered on time. I had to leave it for a while before I could put the building up, even after leaving it for a couple of months it was still a perfect fit. The bottom frame went up really well with a genie lift. The roof is a bit more tricky for the competent amateur! Overall great.

After looking to purchase an oak porch I came across Trade Oak frames, who from the start exceeded my expectations with there professional approach to the detail and design of my new Oak Porch. I was given a delivery date which they delivered on time and with plenty of correspondence before hand. We took one day to put the Porch up which was a pleasure to do, both myself and my college were amazed how accurate the framing was to put together. We would highly recommend this Company if your looking for a top notch product.

I have recently bought two pergolas for my garden from Trade Oak.
Due to the geographic distance, all correspondence was conducted via telephone and email. Paul, the sales representative was a wealth of information; his input was invaluable and the main reason I chose this particular company. No hard sell: instead an exchange of his experience and and my ideas.
Ben was the designer, with whom I liaised regarding style and the more intricate measurement details.
I was a little apprehensive on installation day, in case there was any discrepancy in the final measurements.
Aiden, the excellent fitter from Trade Oak erected the pergolas with ease. His advice on maintaining and treating the oak demonstrated his knowledge from being in the trade for many years.
Can I recommend Trade Oak? Absolutely!

We ordered a Gazebo with shingle roof and how pleased we were that we paid extra for the installation because the workmanship was outstanding. The gorgeous thick wood and design is just so beautiful. The company are great to deal with, very pleasant and friendly. Because we love our Gazebo so much we have ordered a smaller version for our patio next year and our daughter is having a Pegola and Porch built.

I spent a good few months searching for a company to make me a bespoke garage.
After sending Trade Oak an email with dimensions and spec of a garage i wanted they came back to me saying this was not a problem for them.
The frame was delivered on time and went together very well. The dimensions came spot on to the drawings they supplied. The oak looks fantastic, and the quality is excellent.

Would definitely recommend them and i will use them again for any future oak projects :)

I spent a long time carrying out research and talking with several companies before deciding to proceed with Trade Oak. I am so pleased I decided to go with them. The whole experience from initial contact to final assembly was exemplary. The quality of the kit is excellent and myself and a builder friend were able to assemble the frame for a four car garage in two days. Everything fitted together perfectly.
I readily admit to being a perfectionist, so when I say the quality of the product and service offered by Trade Oak far exceeded my expectations, that is praise indeed.

Really nice people to deal with, they delivered so more than I expected. Quality and workmanship is outstanding. Aidan came and erected it all in 3 days by himself.

I spent months looking into the best kit, I looked at other garages in serounings villages, I must have spoken to ten different business - all the while the most professional was James. There are many offerings out there, but when you get into the detail, they are quite often not offering like for like ! (So I found). The consultation from James and the team was invaluable. There was considerations that only Trade Oak brought to my attention - it was delivered on time. Everything they said they would do, they did.
Being a capable 'own builder' - the kit instructions was comprehensive and more than adequate.
But for me the important bit was ultimately the finish. I have seen many oak frame garages - not one of them was finished to the same standard, ( the others look rough sawn... Trade Oak's - you could mistake for inside your home quality).
I am the hardest person to please, because quite often the standards in the UK are so poor - I have to say James and his team set the standard as far as I am concerned.
Not the cheapest - but, I believe, the best !
I spent 4 year renovating a 200 year old cottage, the 3 bay garage was a treat to myself, creating a place I want to spend many an hour, enjoying my motor bikes, cars & my oak garage.... good times with two boys.
I have taken time writing this as I hope it will help others make the right decision, I am quite literally over the moon !!
