We don’t usually leave reviews but we wanted to make sure we did for Traditional Beams.
The buying experience online was great and after reading their fantastic reviews on Trust Pilot we decided to purchase our beam from Traditional Beams.
After buying the beam we were kept updated throughout the whole process from manufacturing to delivering our item.
We were both completely over the moon with what we received. The colour was exactly what we wanted and the beam has lots of ‘personality’ which is equally what we wanted. We have had so many comments from friends and family as to how good it looks.
Thank you for providing such a quality product, we our renovating our property and have been let down so many times by suppliers and/or quality of things we have purchased - this was not the case with our new beam. Thank you!

The quality and price of the product are excellent.

We ordered the beam and were kept up to date with the progress and delivery. The beam itself if of good quality, heavy as expected from a solid 14 x 14 beam and perfectly finished. It was a bit difficult to fit as the fittings are never perfectly aligned when screwed, but since fitted, we have been enjoying a beautiful beam.

Fantastic company. They were really helpful from first contact. Absolutely love my beam over my range cooker…it’s really finished off my new kitchen.

Could not be happier with the beam. Such good quality wood and looks perfect above our log burner. Took a little while to hang it as we were drilling into brick which meant the screws moved slightly so you will definitely need another person and some DIY skills! What a wonderful company, we’re already looking at buying some shelves to match!

The first beam arrived damaged but the company replaced it.

New beam looks great but did take a very long time to arrive and having to wait twice was disappointing. This was during the lead up to Christmas and over the New year.

This is my third beam purchase, like different colours for each season 😂. Superb quick delivery, fab quality. No doubt will be picking another colour at some point 😀

I ordered a shelf the 2 weeks before Christmas. The company was closing on the 20th for the holidays I asked if they could possibly get it to me before Christmas and they did!
I am so pleased with quality of the shelf and their customer service. Highly recommend.

Not the first time I have been absolutely impressed with my traditional beam. The beams are exactly as described and easy to install.
I have now ordered a couple of shelves to go with the beam
