Great teaching tool!
I use these in my preschool to help kiddos develop coping skills. We have a lot of fun practicing them when everyone is feeling good, and it has been awesome to see them start to use some of these skills when they are struggling with big feelings!

I love the physical card deck- it is…
I love the physical card deck- it is fun for my almost 4 year old and while we are still struggling to use them in the moment of big feelings, he does like looking at them when he's calm and will sometimes opt to use a strategy when he is mid to mildly upset. My only complaints were that the physical card deck was $50, which is A LOT for cards. It also somehow signed me up for a digital membership to some SEL stories and I don't remember consenting to that. I unsubsribed from a membership before the free trial ended but it felt a bit tricky and I easily could have missed that I was being charged monthly.

Meghan — thank you for the thoughtful 4-star review. I’m really happy to hear your little one enjoys the physical deck (especially when he’s calm) and that he’s starting to choose strategies when he’s mildly upset — that’s honestly the sweet spot where these tools work best at this age.
On your two concerns:
Price: Totally fair feedback. Our printed decks are produced/packed in small batches (not mass-warehouse), but we hear you that $50 can feel like a lot for cards. We’re always working on ways to make the physical version more accessible.
SEL Stories trial: I’m sorry that felt tricky. Rest assured the trial ends on it's own now if it's not renewed!

Within the first week, my 5 year-old was asking to use the cards, "they made me feel better!". Definitely recommend!

Misleading
I purchased what I thought was a physical set of 54 emotion cards, but the product I received was a digital version instead. This was misleading and disappointing.
Trying to get a refund has been frustrating. The company insists that you must use the digital product for 14 continuous days and receive parenting guidance before they will even consider a refund. This is not what their advertised 30-day satisfaction guarantee suggests, and it feels like a way to make it difficult to get your money back.
I had to go through my credit card company to try to recover my funds. I do not feel that the company honors their satisfaction guarantee in good faith.
I in the end agreed to have the physical pack of cards sent to me after I sent a screenshot of the advert stating - If you look at the screenshot included in this email, you’ll see that I was purchasing the deck of cards that were in limited supply at the listed price, with the digital download included.
The word “included” means the digital download was part of the deck of cards purchase - not a separate item or an additional charge. This was after I received the following - We will of course fully cooperate should your card provider contact us, and we will provide confirmation that the digital product was delivered as purchased and that our policy has been communicated transparently.
After much emailing back and fourth and evidence of their marketing, the company finally acknowledged that I had indeed paid for the physical deck of cards and have sent them to me - the cards I have to say are well made and very good

To clarify: we do offer a 30-day refund guarantee, and it’s publicly outlined here: https://trailies.com/refunds/. Rest assured we’re not differing from our policy at all!
The 14-day guidance is something our support team often offers because many families see progress once the cards are used consistently — but it’s not meant to block or prevent a refund request that’s within the 30-day window and meets the conditions in our policy.
If you’re open to it, please email us from the address used at checkout (or share your order number) and we’ll review your case directly and make sure everything is handled fairly and in line with the refund policy. We tried to request your contact information via Trustpilot but unfortunately we haven't received it
Grifters - don't buy.
Company sends you to several unsolicited pages to up-sell you for more products. You gave to click carefully not to accidentally buy more than you originally chose. I had selected digital download of children's Big Feelings Deck card. Pin code to open the download expires within 10 mins, and was received 15 mins after purchase. Why not put that in the receipt email? So of course, am unable to download. Meanwhile was sent another email offering free videos, but if you click on that, you start a subscription you hadn't agreed to. Contact form says 24 h before a reply. Website puts several trackers on you.
Will ask my card company for a refund and block for other charges.

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase. If your access expired before you could download (or the email arrived late), we can absolutely re-send a fresh download link.
We sometimes share optional add-ons (products, bundles, etc.), but you always have the option to decline any offer — nothing should be added unless you actively choose it at checkout.
We requested your contact/order details through Trustpilot so we could re-send the deck and help right away, but we haven’t received a response from you yet. Without your order email or order number, we can’t locate the purchase to resend the correct link.

Changed Our Mornings
I was optimistic yet skeptical about these cards, but they have ended up being a big help in our house! The big feelings cards really help calm our toddler down at times when nothing else seems to help, and the morning reset routine works some crazy magic to get us out of the house all in a good mood together!

I love these cards! I work as a clinician with autistic children. These cards make coping skills far more accessible to young kids. I am so excited to use these with my clients! I recommend getting the digital copy and printing it out. I laminated them and they work great!

Terrible Service
I ordered the digital product by accident, I wanted a refund so I could purchase the physical cards instead. I was immediately told I needed to try the product for 14 days before a refund could be issued.
After the 14 days I tried again, but I was told again I need to wait 14 days for a refund. I see now they never intended to give me a refund in the first place.
All the customer service agents did was give me a run around while trying to push me to buy more products from them.
This was one of the worst interactions I have had with customer service, something so simple as issuing a refund in good faith has turned into a 20+ day ordeal with me having no other choice but to dispute the charge through my bank.
Be sure if you are going to purchase anything from this group that you absolutely want it, because they most certainly won't give you your money back.

Do not buy the cards
Do not buy the cards. They automatically subscribe you to a monthly billing service for $29 dollars a month. They do not make this obvious and if you are not savvy it is not easy to cancel. Very sneaky and I would question how ethical they are with the data they collect from you!

That said, we absolutely want to help you get this sorted fast. If you can email us a screenshot of the $29 charge (you can blur sensitive info) and the merchant name shown on your bank statement, we’ll confirm exactly where it came from and help you cancel/stop it immediately if it’s connected.

I have sent them multiple emails with zero response. It doesn’t feel legitimate. I paid for both the digital and physical cards versions and held off on providing my home address for the physical cards as I wanted a refund - after all this time (purchased 6 weeks ago) still no response, so today I provided my address to see if anything happens. So disappointing. I will go through Amex to handle this.

I ordered the Big Feelings card deck for $29.95. It did not indicate it was a digital deck until after I plugged in my credit card info. Only then did they indicate I could purchase an actual card deck for $49.95. Of course, I wasn’t going to pay that ridiculous amount of money for a card deck. I never hit submit, yet I was charged $29.95 for a digital deck. Surprise, surprise, I never received a link to download the deck digitally. I emailed them twice and called twice. No response. STAY AWAY from this company. It’s a scam!

Children's good Adults not
The children's deck of cards are great. The parents deck of cards could be good if it wasn't false advertising. You are not given what is advertised. I've been more than reasonable in waiting for this to be rectified. I've been waiting several months. Initially it was delt with well now I'm just getting ignored and still don't have what I paid for. When this deck is sold as advertised to be as good as the children's deck it needs to be like the app for that.
