These cards are well worth the purchase. We've had them for a week, and have turned several difficult situations into loving and fun ones by pulling out a card and doing what it says. Highly recommend!!!

I was struggling with my autistic child with his meltdowns not knowing how to prevent them from happening. My brother saw trailies advertised and told me to take a look. I’m so glad he did. They are fantastic and it has taken a long time with me saying shall we do a feeling card so he new what they were but for a couple of nights now right before bed he wants to one of the cards of how he is feeling. Now that is progress he is understanding the way he feels.
I also know I have a long way to go as well.
If you have a child that struggles to cope with these big emotions then give Trailies big feeling deck ago.

I’m a great grandmother, I guess I didn’t know that I wasn’t going to get actual cards. I don’t have a working printer, so for me, it’s a mistake. Great idea, but I can’t afford to go further. I appreciate the help it could have given my great grand children.

I am so happy that I chose Trailies. I used it the same day of purchase too. My little girls responded so well and in under 3 mins they were laughing and happy again having forgotten all about why they were having a meltdown.

I used them again last night at bedtime when my eldest got upset. She likes to choose her own card and we do the activities together. So far so good. I would highly recommend. 😁

Ok so , To start I need to say that I have had good customer service
The product and reviews are in two parts
Firstly the digital component , which is the one you get for the advertised price .
I find that useless and counterproductive if you are trying to reduce screen time for disregulated child who may be experiencing challenges with and regulating his “ Big Emotions” that this product is designed to assist with .

We haven’t used the digital content it’s difficult to access just at the times when you need them

However , the actual physical cards, well a different story
Whilst I definitely think they should be included , even if the cost was slightly more , they are a MUST have !!!

The physical cards are truly great !!!
They come in a box and the pictures of the little monsters are engaging
The activities are easy and fun and doing them together helps both child and parent/caregiver to calm down and de stress from what can be challenging times . It can turn into a fun game instead of a battle and diffuses the situation
My son loves them, he actively asks for them now , we keep them on his bed side table and he recognises when he thinks we’re going to need them
“ Melt like a marshmallow” is his current favourite along with “cooling the volcano”
They have really helped with his , probably typical 4/5 yr old , bedtime silliness and misbehaving which was getting out of hand resulting in everyone being stressed and raised voices .!
Please if you are experiencing occasional meltdowns or what’s considered to be bad behaviour but us actually usually just emotion or sensory overload , consider getting these cards
I urge you to email the company suggesting they include them as standard because without them it’s a waste of money and I think the people here who have left bad reviews are as a result of the digital content not the actual cards and it would be great to see more parents benefitting from the results

The cards have variety of fun choices to let the child choose how they want to handle their emotions. If there are questions, responses are timely. I am looking forward to checking out the bedtime routine options. Thank you for creating fun and helpful tools for parents and caregivers.

Customer service was excellent when we had a question—quick, kind, and helpful.

I was SCAMMED an additional $200 over my $40 approved order of cards. They aren’t physical cards apparently and a SECOND charge I did NOT approved of $200 followed the original $40.

NO ONE will reply or answer me now. Many emails sent for refund or help request.

Tried plenty of parenting tools before, but this is one of the few we’ve stuck with. It’s realistic and easy to use.

I like how the cards are organized by emotions. It makes it easy to grab the right one when things escalate quickly.

This is a scam! I had ordered the big deck of cards end of November! I have yet to receive them and customer support isn’t responding! Do not buy from them you won’t get what you paid for! Beyond upset they using kids to rip people off. I have tried multiple times to contact Trailies they say to DM them and never respond. In chatting on social media they keep saying my order was stuck in the system and they have released it; they’ve given this excuse twice and a month later still no cards! I’d leave a negative star review if possible. Don’t waste your money, you pay for headaches and LIES nothing more.

Works well for our neurodivergent child. Short, sensory-based activities that don’t feel forced or overwhelming.

Bedtime has gone from stressful to manageable. Not perfect, but significantly better than before.

I haven't received the cards yet and no instructions on how to access the digital.

Not helping thus far. I’m ADHD neurodivergent and my 2&3 year olds are a bit too young. We’ve done some of the “excited” cards like blowing up the balloons with a happy thought and letting them blow away. Also the “frustrated” cards like walking in slow motion and the stretchy face fun. I’m not so sure this is for us but continuing to try.

I paid for the app but don't have it on my iphone which is where I need it. If I can't access/use it on my phone, I don't want it. If I try to go to the app on th App store, it wants me to pay AGAIN. Help, or give me a refund. I've emailed several times with no response.

I feel there was false advertising, as when I placed the order for a deck of cards and AFTER I entered my credit card number, there was a confirmation that I would get the digital option and that the deck of cards could be added for an additional cost. I sent several emails requesting a refund but got run arounds each time. My credit card was charged $29.95 on November 20, 2025, and I have been dealing with trying to get a refund since then. They are not cooperating at all. I would recommend NOT ordering anything from this company.

Honestly, it helps me regulate too. We breathe together.

I am a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and am grateful for Trailies and their products. Parents are extremely grateful for the tangible and effective guidance for managing their child’s big emotions.

Bought during a late-night mom-guilt scroll… worth every penny. The “parent script” part is what I didn’t know I needed.
