I paid for expedited shipping and they still haven’t even shipped my order. No estimated time of arrival given.

BUYER BEWARE - I have been working with this company for years. We received numbers from them that simply did not work. They started to come off after 2 washes - even with them being gently handled. I reached out to customer service where I explained what had happened, but I could tell they did not want to resolve the issue. I was met with question after question where they were trying to put the fault on us and the application process. For context, we used another vinyl from them on the front and applied it according to the directions and it has stayed on in perfect condition. Today, after months of fighting with them, they informed me nothing can be done as it is outside the 30 day window. I had stated from DAY 1 I wanted to send the vinyl I did not use back and would like some compensation as if the vinyl is bad the entire item is bad. Now they are shoving us under the rug. I wish I could upload photos for you to see, some of the numbers are completely falling off.

DTF transfer headaches
I recently bought an apparel enhancement business that has been using Transfer Express for years. However, 2 of my first 3 orders of Ultracolor Max images have been a disaster, with the film not peeling off the images and the images not adhering to the fabrics. I did open a support ticket but have not had a resolution and am not able to fulfill the order I was working on. I am out both the artwork and the garments and am hesitant to try the product ever again. So disappointing.

Blown away by Goof Proof quality, ease of use, and performance.
I am completely impressed with how well these Goof Proof single color transfers pressed! Five seconds and hot peel...what could be easier? Production speed was a dream plus coverage is great too! These were white transfers pressed on a black, 50/50 Jerzees blank. The design is opaque, flexible, and has the look and feel of traditional screen-print. All this without the cost of a press, the hassle of burning screens, and the headache of hours spent manually printing. Goof Proof is a lifesaver!

the product was exactly what i was…
the product was exactly what i was looking for. Although the images needed to be cleaned up by a digital artist, the turn around was quick.
the only thing i would like access to the png file for the images that we redone. I would like to be able to use them again in a future purchase but not specifically the gang sheet i ordered this time.
