Called in to get help on some defective…
Called in to get help on some defective prints but was left with nothing but crying on the phone. not only did the tech not be clear with me straight forward about being outside of the "warranty" window for prints, I was on the phone with them for over an hour just explaining everything over and over again. so now I have not only an expensive paper weight (broken hotronix heat press), but also very expensive paper.. (unusable hot split prints) Left today bawling on the phone.

Not Happy
I ordered DTF Transfer on June 2. According to the site, Fast turn around and ship same day. I paid next day shipping.
And now it looks the designs arrived this Monday, June 8th. The day I need the design for.
When I paid its says that I should received it on Friday. so I'm not happy.

Transfer Express used to be great
Transfer Express used to be great, however recently they have declined! My last couple of orders I've ruined several garments following their directions, my last order had smudges on the print, and letters gaming off the carrier as I unrolled my transfers out of the box! Trying to get replacements has been a joke
