I had a terrible experience with Travcart
I recently booked a flight through TravCart , and the experience was extremely frustrating. Right after I paid, I received a call saying my ticket was not available anymore and that they would refund me. Since it was midnight, I asked them to call the next morning—no one did.
When I called back, the manager Roger was very polite and promised to resolve the issue within two hours. No call. When I followed up again, he said he’d call back in 30 minutes, but instead I got a call from an agent named Jonathan who was rude, unprofessional, and kept insisting I pay an extra £350 to book with Virgin Atlantic. He ignored everything I tried to explain and even questioned why I spoke to the manager.
I later spoke to another manager, but was told my only option was to change dates or pay more. In the end, I had no choice but to ask for a refund.
Very disappointing experience.

Never used TravCart before but happy…
Never used TravCart before but happy with service. Only issue (hence only 4 stars) was that I was told e-tickets would be sent within 1-2 hrs once payment was made. There was a glitch with this as Premium Economy price changed for return journey and I had to phone to sort it out. They did not arrive the day they were ordered and I had to chase the following day. This was a bit worrying as I'd never use TravCart before, however the reviews were reassuring and eventually they did arrive. Roger and Harry were very helpful.
