Confusing renewal / Does not state address of renewal property
I got my home insurance renewal. The reminder does not state for which of my properties. This is very inconvenient if you have more than one property. There is no way to find out online as it does not show under the automated answers. Therefore I had to ring Chill (which is sometimes not easy to get through) to find out. My suggestion to chill is please state the name of the property that your payment demand is for. It makes things a lot easier for the customer. This needs to be changed. Also it would be easier if the insurance bookled was send directly by email to the customer. There is to much confusion the way it is handled by chill. I still renewed it but I m not happy about the above. Please change this and make life easier for everybody.

I have just phoned chill insurance re quote for new insurance policy.
The 'customer service agent' was rude and impatient and basically gave me the impression that I was wasting his time! Is this the way chill insurance treats it's customers?

Spent hours on phone and chat to get a simple document. Chat and phone teams cannot contact each other. Wasting so much time for a simple task, and very little help offered.
