Travel Garden UK Avis

So far my experience with Travel Garden has been absolutely 5 star! Nancy Aiden has been incredible in helping tailor my trip to Thailand, making sure everything is perfect for my 40th Birthday plans. Any alterations I have asked for she sorted with zero fuss. Nancy also provided me with lots of reassurance as booking such a big adventure for myself and my family was quite nerve wracking, needing all the details to be perfect. We travel in April 2025.

We booked with Nancy who made the whole thing so easy and seamless. Was happy to accommodate even when we changed our minds about 5 different times.

Ever had that ‘too good to be true’ moment…? That’s what I have been having this evening. Nancy at the Travel Garden has been amazing! From my initial general enquiry to making a booking just a short while later! Nancy provided me with all of the reassurance I needed and a luxury itinerary. She definitely won me over with deals on amazing locations. Cannot wait for our Thailand trip in August 2025. I’ll definitely keep you posted.

Just returned from an amazing Safari holiday to Kenya all arranged by Barry and Natasha. The safari was superb - staying in lodges and hotels in Kenya. Then next stop 6 nights in Mauritius - again hotel, food and location superb. We stayed at The Ambre resort .
Barry and Natasha were on hand every step of the way if needed enduring thst our trip ran smoothly and everything to our satisfaction . Thankyou so much to Travel Republic on arranging our holiday of a life time .

Didn't book a holiday in the end but I will comment that Natasha was extremely helpful and her responses were so fast and always crystal clear. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

I used Travel garden for booking my dream trip to Thailand for New Year’s Eve with Sean Martin, from the start the service was top quality. Can’t fault the service and will be using travel garden again for my next trip

Just coming to the end of an amazing experience. Safari was breathtaking we saw everything apart from Leopards , truly unforgettable.
Then onto Mauritius, veranda palmer resort.
This hotel didn’t disappoint, I choose it as it’s a small hotel that gives a more personal touch.
We’ve had a fabulous 7 nights .
Barry from travel garden has been in contact throughout .
And Ali our safari guild also deserves a special mention .
Thanks everyone

A* service from this company from start of booking and still and have every faith that our honeymoon be so special and brilliant thanx to Barry and Elana. Barry couldn’t do enough for us with elana help too. They have found us beautiful hotels that meet our requirements we went back and forth and not once did they get fed up and didn’t feel pushed to book like other companies. I will be booking with them from now on. Thank you can’t wait to go on honeymoon to Vietnam in November

Nancy was very helpful in pricing up a multi centre holiday in Bali and whilst I was not in a position to book with Travel Garden, Nancy was very helpful.
If I was to book I would not hesitate in contacting Nancy again!

I recently booked my Hurghada and Cairo trip through Travel Garden UK, and it was an amazing experience. The booking process was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. The customer service team was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and very supportive, answering all my questions with care.

A special thanks to Barry Alex, our travel consultant, whose expertise and attention to detail made our trip unforgettable.

In Cairo we had a driver and local guide who took us to the Pyramids for the day, which was an amazing experience.

I highly recommend Travel Garden to anyone looking for a reliable booking service, and I will definitely use them again for future trips.

I booked a holiday inarch for Xmas and Elana Davis could not have been more patient and helpful as we had a lot of requests yesterday I asked if she could put another person ony booking and she went out of her way to make sure we all got the same hotel and flights thank you so much

I dealt with Emma Louise looking at a few different holiday options. Emma Louise made the whole experience a breeze and no adjustment to the quote was ever too much. I couldn’t recommend them any higher and will certainly use them again.

I found these off fb and wasn’t disappointed from the 1st message I felt at ease Barry Alex helped me he was amazing so helpful and went over and beyond for us so good and easy to deal with

Sean was amazing in helping me find a Santorini holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous customer service

We have just returned from a two week four Centre tour of Thailand. Natasha Walton went above and beyond in selecting the most wonderful hotels. Every aspect was taken care of from internal flights to private transfers and nothing was overlooked.
I cannot fault the service delivered by Natasha and we will undoubtedly be using Travel Garden again.

My experience with Travelgarden has been amazing. Sean Martin made sure I had the best holiday, from air travel to the perfect accommodation I wanted for my stay in Paris, everything was taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough if you want a perfect vacation. Great job and thank you 🙏🏻

Extremely helpful and accommodating in every possible way. Quick responses when I've had any queries. Will definitely use again.

I came across Travel Garden on FB and after seeing one of their holiday offer I decided to sent a message. Wasn’t even sure at that point where we would like to travel. In less than 30min I received replay from Sean Martin which assisted us all the time with making the right decision about our dream holiday.
Sean sent us few holiday options which would suit us the most and finally we booked our adventure to Thailand for May/June 2025… can’t wait!

So after a few days looking for a holiday for our 1 year anniversary, I started looking on Facebook travel agents..
I came across Travel Garden and sent a message and with in 30mins I got a reply from Sean Martin who instantly asked for what I was looking for and then he got to work.
Fast forward 5 hours and Sean has now booked the most amazing holiday for me and my wife. 😊
I can’t thank Sean enough for firstly putting up with me declining several holidays at first (I know my wife is too picky) but when he shown me the last holiday it was instantly a yes! Even before I read the details, the pictures he send me I was sold.!
Massive thanks to Sean Martin for today for all your help and hours worth of work. We got there in the end.! 😂
I can’t recommend this company enough along with Sean 👍🏼

Shout out to Sean Martin for organising our trip to Singapore, Bali and Kuala Lumpu. Very nice and kind, always accessible. Could not fault him for anything. He values client satisfaction more than anything. Thank you Sean.
