From the first point of contact Isaac…
From the first point of contact Isaac could not do enough for us. He found the specific dates even the airline what we preferred 😊
He kept in contact all day and sent several holidays that we wanted to look over. We finally decided on one and we can’t wait to go . Isaac had the email confirmation sent straight away. So from first message until the final
Confirmation the correspondence has been first class, and we can’t wait to go to Thailand and enjoy our adventure thanks Isaac.

I’ve just completed the booking process for an upcoming trip with Travel Garden, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service so far. Natasha, who handled my booking, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and put together a trip that feels completely tailored to me.
From the destination choices to the accommodations and itinerary, every aspect of the trip has been thoughtfully customised to suit my preferences, interests, and budget. Natasha’s attention to detail and personal approach made the entire planning experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Although I haven’t travelled yet, the care and professionalism I’ve experienced so far give me full confidence that I’m in great hands. I’m genuinely excited for this trip, and I’m already impressed by how personalised the service has been. Highly recommend!

Balinese Bliss
Lucus was able to build us a personalised multi destination trip to Bali for our most special trip yet - a joint honeymoon & 40th wedding anniversary trip over Christmas & NYE with our parents. He was extremely attentive, patient (he ended up building us 5 different itineraries before us deciding) and very reassuring when we had queries regarding the holidays protection. Thank you Lucus, we can’t wait for this upcoming trip!

The trip of a life time
We recently returned from the most incredible holiday in Thailand, and we owe it all to our fantastic travel agent, Barry! From the moment we reached out for help planning our trip, he took the time to truly understand our preferences and crafted a personalized itinerary that exceeded all our expectations. Every detail was meticulously planned, from the stunning resorts we stayed in to the exciting excursions, local experiences, and seamless transfers.
They went above and beyond in providing us with insider recommendations for restaurants, hidden gems, and cultural experiences that made our trip feel truly authentic. Communication was effortless, and he was always available to answer questions or offer guidance throughout the entire journey. We felt completely cared for, and their attention to detail ensured that our trip was stress-free and unforgettable.
This was by far the best holiday we've ever had, and we can't thank our travel garden and Barry enough for making it all possible. If you're looking to plan a trip to Thailand (or anywhere else), we wholeheartedly recommend working with them!
