Sky Watson made my day!
I was getting trusted to find an affordable flight home after a holiday cruise. I had the fortune of contacting Sky Watson who was so patient and understanding as I am a senior citizen with a disability. He even followed to make I had everything I needed. I will definitely be talking next time I need a long distance flight.

Changed price
I got was presented with an initial low price but there was a sudden change in price on my flight. Overall not bad.

Hassle
Unfortunately, I'd be uncomfortable using the service again. The initial price I thought I'd pay wasn't accurate. I had to make several phone calls following an email saying the price wasn't looked in and it had gone up. There were several confirmation emails that added to the hassle. In the future, I'd use a service where the initial price is the one I pay and I can work on it in my own time, without having to make extra phone calls and email.s

The prices listed online don’t ever reflect what’s actually available. However, the price given to me is cheaper than competitors. So in the end I’m satisfied

Fantastic booking with Nathan
I booked my first airline ticket with Nathan this afternoon 8/5/22. I am a senior citizen that is not really good at this sort of thing! Nathan was the most efficient person I’ve ever dealt with on the phone . He was totally professional in every way. So thankful he did not give up on me. I thank him dearly and the company he works for . Sincerely Jeanne

4Stars
Overall experience was good but I was bothered by two things. The first being, a flight for one price and then notifying me those seats are no longer available. I wouldn’t think anything of it if I was flying alone but the same thing on the same flight happened to my friends.
Second, Nathan was extremely helpful, professional, and polite but he talked a little to fast. So because of those two things, it’s worth a 4 star rating.

Paul was amazing. He was patient and polite. He called several times and made sure everything was confirmed and all of my questions were answered. Definitely will call Paul again to find cheap flights. Thank you Paul for helping me. I spent the day trying to find cheap flights and nonstop flights and I couldn't at the price you found for me.
