We would like to clarify that your original flight was unfortunately cancelled due to the ongoing global situation, which was beyond our control. However, we fully understand your concern regarding the communication, and we regret if you felt that you were not informed in a timely manner on this occasion.
Please note that despite the cancellation during a high-demand travel period in December, we arranged an alternative flight for you at no additional cost, even though the original ticket was purchased during a lower season. This was done to ensure that your travel plans could continue smoothly without any extra financial burden.
