Travel SOS - Minibus & Coach Hire Birmingham Avis

Airport pick up and drop off.
Punctual and polite driver.
Clean and modern minibus.

Great company! It made the night feel so much more relaxed knowing we had pre planned transport for out works summer party. Thanks to our driver Ali. He was fab. We will definitely use again.
Thank you from the SpaSeekers team!

Travel SOS offer an excellent service which is second to none, from the initial booking with Usman to the punctual, friendly and accommodating drivers. The buses were spotless too. Would have no problem recommending... thank you guys...

Great service. Very professional and customer focused

Exceptional service
This was my first time booking with Travel SOS
From the initial enquiry to the booking I received exceptional customer service from the sales team.
We booked a visit to Manor Farm Fruits for a group of fifteen ladies. The driver was punctual, friendly and very professional.
Will definitely use them again.

Great value. Use for school visits of different sizes. Coaches and minibusses all great. Drivers have always been a pleasure and like children which is always a winner. Will be using for lots more trips.

Can’t fault this company and the service we received!! We had the 14 seater minibus to take 6 of us to Southampton Port for our cruise 2 weeks ago and picked us up today following our cruise. Shadur our driver was brilliant, nothing too much trouble and was at our pick up an hour before the time we asked for which was great as we were early and literally walked across the road and he was waiting so it was all so easy!!!
Highly recommend and we will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family. Shadur was courteous, friendly and very helpful!! Thanks very much… the Fox family 👍

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication quick & easy during booking process and transport for our event arrived in plenty of time. Driver was friendly and helpful, again with great communication. Have used SOS twice now and will definitely be using again

Driver arrived on time and was friendly, drove safely and got us to our destination on time. Would definitely use again.

Brilliant service cannot fault them. Have used Travel SOS on two occasions and both have been seamless from start to finish. On the most recent trip I called up only giving two days notice but it was not a problem for these guys. Very friendly and great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Booked SOS for a trip to London. Booking was hassle free. We had the 19 seater coach which was a week old , just perfect. Ali the driver was a gent & nothing was too much trouble. Will use them again, highly recomended.

Had to be a 5 star review. Couldn’t fault the service provided. Arrived 5-10 mins before pickup time at 3am! Even allowed us to use the Bluetooth connection to play some music during the journey. And also allowed a few quick toilet breaks with no issues. The return journey was equally brilliant. We got picked up round the corner from the short stay parking and the company happily refunded the parking charge we’d originally paid as a result. Will definitely use again if needed.

Needed to say thank you to Ali for being so helpful and caring towards my son with additional needs. Made a huge difference to our experience. Ali, I really appreciate all your kindness and support, thank you.

I travelled with 15 other people on a very early morning flight. I researched different companies and SOS offered us what we were looking for. A luxury bus (so we were all together) with a reasonable price. The booking was confirmed via email before hand. Our driver communicated through texts and was prompt, friendly and professional. We were traveling back separately and SOS was again very helpful when I was booking 8 people for a return. Would definitely recommend SOS Travel. Bernadette from Ireland

The whole process from my initial contact with SOS to our trip on the day was seamless and absolutely perfect. All the staff were courteous and helpful and our driver was the best. He was great and nothing was too much trouble for him! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company!

Really pleased with travel SOS, they were on time for a pick up down to Heathrow. The driver was very accommodating with breaks etc and of course a safe courteous driver. Mini bus was clean and driver was very friendly. Same to be said about our return driver. Will definitely use again.

Many thanks to Kiani (Bham branch) for literally rescuing us from Birmingham Airport having been stranded and seriously let down by another pre-booked minibus firm! What a professional and courteous driver and nothing was too much trouble. He wasn’t even supposed to be on duty! What a legend! Fab service door to door and helped us with all our luggage too. Thank you so much Kiani! You saved the day

Fantastic service right through from the point of enquiry to the return journey home to Oxford from Birmingham Airport. I would 100% recommend using Travel SOS.
Friendly, helpful and professional. Could not fault a thing

Very easy to deal with and the driver was very safe, courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again
