I found this agency through Instagram while was looking for tickets for my mom. Clicked and got connected to Zain. He had been very helpful but I had trust issues. He told me not to worry and he will assured me that all will be done on time and this is not a spam.
He has been in constant communication and also offered me good rates. I am very pleased with the Customer services and am looking forward for my mom to visit me. Once her travel goes smooothly, I’m definitely sharing this agency to my f&f and will make them my agency for every time we need to travel.

My friend got a bad experience with this team. They started well with immediate booking of the flights. They asked him to revert the card payment and pay it via Bank(which is suspicious at any case). Then they booked the family with multiple tickets with the messed up luggage. He ended up paying more than agreed. AFTER ALL THIS they sneaked to the tickets and CANCELLED it without his concern. I noticed here the GOOD reviews are started from this January from an account CUSTOMER. That account has totally three reviews, when I read those reviews it was for another company called "World Airfaires" in 2023. I could read the reviews of that company. Which was also having same pattern of negative reviews( Calling without concern and Charging more in name of messed up luggage and change of flights). Now they are behind the client the SCAMMED for removing his review. If they are genuine they could've explained their stand in comments. BEWARE people.

The scam company it is. They will book the tickets and they will cancel it. I have lost almost 4 lakhs but no response from they.

I recently used this company to book flight tickets, and unfortunately my experience was very negative. They initially booked the tickets and sent me the confirmation, but when I checked the reservation two days later, I discovered that the tickets had been cancelled. I received no clear explanation from the company about why this happened.
After this, I looked into the situation further and found multiple signs that made me feel the company might not be legitimate. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them.
This was extremely disappointing, and I hope this review helps others avoid a similar situation.

This is really a scam company as i say they will initially book ticket for booking ask you to make payment through credit card and after many days they will issue ticket partially for example they will issue for 1 person if you requested for 4 person , later they will come and say that airline they couldn't book ticket for remaining people and they will ask you more money to book on another airline and you have no choice left with
later they will ask to pay through bank transfer and give some account number and later they will refund the money on credit card as well.
finally they will issue ticket but they will cancel after you make complete payment.
please dont trust the reviews are put by them only and they are 100% scammers.
i already verified through many channel and the number in website will never respond after the money and they are group of people involved in this scam.
we are not sure even the name they are mentioning is correct or not.

Really a best service provided by Maaz from Travel Zone to get a reasonable fare in the festival time. Maaz was coordinated end to end till the tickets issued.

I wish I could give them a ZERO. The agent Maaz appears friendly and caring at the beginning but when it comes to payment they are scams. They tell you all sort of lies to get your money. I feel devastated that they scam me and my teenage son who will be scarred for life. They insist you to use Revolut card instead of ma8n stream bank because they know how hard it is to get the money back from Revolut Disputes. It's such a shame that they are using genuine merchants for their own gains and tricking innocent people into making payments.
Maaz introduced himself as working for Wego first, then he said his company is Travel Zone then he sent me a totally different company poster.
A total fake.
Please DO NOT waste your money by getting scammed by these people.
