Dubai flights
When I made contact with Imran nothing was to much trouble from checking dates and times and even when I realised I'd given Imran the wrong date he sorted quickly.
And he wasn't pushy either he was happy to give me a price and for me to get back to him in my own time which took me about 5/6 days and the price was the same as original quote

Bad experience
Very bad experience.. made a mistake by giving 5 Star. They are not supportive at all throughout the journey. And the manager leaves worse commands. Had a very bad experience with cancellation and exchanging dates. I would advise not to go with travel agency for savings your money and not to get stuck with them. Worst they are for sure.
