Travertine Store Avis 

I urgently needed a small quantity of travertine to match some I already had. Hana and Oscar were very helpful and processed my order immediately and arranged for us to collect the tiles from the depot. Very helpful service great selection of natural stone tiles. Highly recommend.

I have ordered some samples to replace broken tiles in my bathroom. Samples arrived quickly and in good condition. I ended up not needing to do the renovation but customer support has been excellent. I reached out to them 3 times to get details about the product and help with a delivery. Hana in particular was very helpful.

I rang this morning to get an update on delivery. The person I spoke to contacted the courier. She rang me back 5 minutes later offering a delivery the same day between 10:45 and 12:45. The tiles arrived right on time. When I opened the packaging I was taken aback by the quality . Thank you Travertine Store!!!

Recently, I have been in the midst of getting my bathroom renovated - which has proven to be a very stressful and anxiety inducing process. I contacted this company and was greeted by Hana, who immediately put me at ease with her knowledge and confidence.

Hana understood exactly what I needed, even when I had difficulty articulating it myself. She provided outstanding customer service and couldn’t have been more friendly, polite and efficient with her advice and guidance.

Overall, she was incredibly helpful, and I would absolutely recommend Hana, as well as this business, for all of your bathroom and kitchen tile concerns!

Miss sold limestone for bathroom, very poor customer service.
Not sure this is genuine stone as it won't seal like natural stone.
Look elsewhere for genuine stone.

Tiles were warped/bowed and irregular in size although advertised as rectified.

This business offers exceptional customer service, and very good value. I had a very small order, yet the time and effort Jo her colleagues put in to helping me arrange the order and collection was frankly remarkable, you would think I was spending thousands. They couldn’t be more helpful, polite, friendly, flexible and efficient. I can absolutely recommend this great business.

I ordered my tiles from Travertine Store with a bit of trepidation. Their marble floor tiles were less than half the price I'd seen elsewhere. Natural stone tiles can be tricky, fragile things, and there are some negative reviews on here. Maybe the quality would be dodgy? I took the plunge and I'm delighted that I did.

I bought 12 square metres of cream silver marble floor tiles. They were delivered on time, with no chips or breakages, and they look beautiful on my kitchen floor.

Ordered some tiles Saturday. I called them Monday to cancel order as my wife had bought what we needed elsewhere.
Call was answered very quickly, very good customer service and got my Paypal refund on the Tuesday.

The worst customer service and worst travertine I have ever seen. Stay far away. I am devastated. 04/21

Aside from the delivery charge which I fully understand as it has to come pallet delivery, I cannot fault this tile shop. Really pleased with quality of the mosaic marble tiles and the delivery was fast too 👍

Would have no hesitation using again or recommending to others.

Don’t buy from these. You are not getting real stone!
Just ask for a sample and you will see the limestone tiles are made from sand.
Please don’t waste thousands of pounds on a fake product!
