Extremely disappointing service – £600 paid and no communication

I paid this company £600 in March to assist with the removal of a CCJ. Since making the payment, I have received virtually no communication or updates regarding my case.

I have tried contacting them multiple times to find out what is happening, but I have received no response. It is now August, meaning I have been waiting for around five months with no meaningful update despite already paying £600 for the service.

I understand that legal matters can take time, but the complete lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At the very least, I expect to be kept informed about the progress of my case, especially after paying a significant amount of money.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company does their research first. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received so far and would appreciate an explanation as to where my case currently stands.
