AVOID THIS COMPANY.

We have been waiting over 3 months to get a reply from Emily Gough with an update. No one answers the phone and if they do it’s always met with the same response of ‘I’ll take a message and get her to call you back’ which never happens.

We have now lost out on a mortgage offer due to their lack of ability to deliver on their promises.

I have no doubt they will reply to this trying to shift the blame as they have done with previous reviews. The lack of professionalism is shocking.

If you have money to burn then absolutely appoint this company to handle your case but if you want it to be actually dealt with I’d avoid at all costs.

I dealt with Treadstone following the closure of Abensons solicitors. Chloe Kilner was involved and I was impressed by her professional and helpful approach throughout. Chloe attended to my legal matters in a timely and efficient manner. I would highly recommend Chloe and Treadstone.

Didn’t get my CCJ removed and it’s been over 2 years. Takes weeks for them to reply to emails or phone calls. Very disappointed.

This is now causing undue stress,
If this firm cannot handle claims like this they should not advertise that they can insure you for your holiday.

I recently contacted Treadstone Law about an accident a friend of mine had been involved with. I spoke on the phone with a gentleman called Stuart Matthews. Stuart explained things thoroughly to me, and was very patient. He was on the phone a long time and never gave me the feeling he was in a hurry to get away. By the end of the call, I decided we‘d done everything possible. And an examination of my friend‘s injuries confirmed this. We decided not to pursue the claim, and that it was just “one of those things.“ Stuart really helped us to make this decision, as he‘d explained everything so clearly. If ever I or anyone connected with me had another accident, we‘d go to Stuart for advice. I’m very fortunate to have “met“ him.

I contacted Treadstone Law when I discovered I had a CCJ on my record while applying for a mortgage. This took me by total surprise and I was very concerned considering I had no knowledge of it. (it was for an unpaid parking charge that I hadn't been aware of). Emily comforted me from the very beginning and continued to do so all the way right up until the end.
