The dreaded parking ticket!! I had no idea that I had an outstanding one, and like many people the result was a CCJ that nearly stopped me getting my new home had it not been for Treadstone and Emily in particular, who were able to put my mind at ease and deal with the situation both smoothly and swiftly. She walked me through the process and the CCJ was removed. I cannot recommend Emily and the team enough in regards to this issue.

After checking my credit report I found a CCJ had been added to my report without my knowledge due to a parking ticket I was not made aware of. My partner and I have been saving for our first house and I was so upset by this setback. The first thing I did was search for solicitors to help me have this set aside. I called Treadstone Law Solicitors after reading all the good reviews, though I was hesitant Emily assured me she could help, made me aware of the whole process and advised how long it could take. I am so pleased that I got in touch with this firm and grateful for the work Emily has done as I have now had my CCJ removed!

i was shocked when i discovered a ccj on my credit file, i had no idea where the judgment had come from. I called treadstone law and spoke with Chloe who assured me that I had nothing to worry about, she explained the removal process in detail and was truly sympathetic to my situation. The process was quite long however Chloe advised me that this is due to significant court back logs and advised me of a 16-20 week timeframe. Chloe acted very promptly and kept me updated throughout the process. 14 weeks later i received a phone call from Chloe and was told that the ccj had been successfully removed from my file. I cannot thank Chloe and the team enough for their hard work

Spoke with Treadstone Law who were very helpful in the beginning when they wanted myself to send information over.

Then I tried to contact the member of staff I was dealing with, was told out the office, work part time, when in the office always got voicemails and no replies to emails.

Was told would get calls back from the other members of staff including the managing director but no call backs ever came, asked for email confirmation my case was cancelled and they can’t do that, needs to be passed to someone to get back too me which they never do.

Spoke with one guy as wanted to make a complaint they hung up on me when asking for details of where to send the complaint too.

Calls aren’t recorded so can’t even follow up with what you’ve been told or who in this instance hangs up on you.

Very unprofessional service.

Now had a response on this website saying I was harassing them and no case was opened, that is correct as I closed the case because you would not reply to emails asking for a call to discuss an email sent to myself.

Seems Treadstone law on all reviews they come back to blame the Client, seems to be a similar pattern here.

So now I’m being told the case isn’t viable yet they told me in an email it was 50/50 and wanted my opinion, tried to contact them to discuss the email and thus never getting replies or calls back.

So now there saying they told me that, seems very strange.

The reason I’m chasing Treadstone Law if they haven’t taken my case and told me that how comes they can’t confirm they have returned my lease, that’s the reason for the calls, seems like trying to blame the Client again to me.

Have attached copy of said email which no way states not taking my case as per review reply.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I have been discussing your case with the managing director and I am now in a position to advise accordingly.

With regards to the damage, it appears to be an active an active leak which would mean scaffolding would need to be erected which would meet the threshold for solicitors to get involved. As such, your case would meet these criteria.

With regards to liability, there is a section within your lease under the Seventh Schedule 1(i) please see attached. We usually go off a breach this clause however, this lease is particularly interesting as it states At the Lessee’s Expense, this is quite unusual. However, it is quite possible this comes under your service charge, but this is open to interpretation. The Council could may well use this in their defence and increase your service charge if we were to go ahead with the claim.

I would invite you to provide your comments on this as to whether or not you are willing to take the risk, due to the clause in the lease this matter is quite complex and we would deem prospects to be 50/50 at this stage.

Removed my CCJ with no issues. Service is as described. Staff are prompt and efficient communicators. You get exactly what you pay for. 10/10.

So I was informed I had a CCJ on my name, which I new nothing about and had nothing to do with. I googled how to get it off saw you could appeal it through courts. I then found the Treadstone Law website which had more information on this matter and that they could do the process for you. I googled them there was a lot of mixed reviews so I was very hesitant, however after calling up and speaking to whole I felt reassured. I paid the fees, sent off all my relevant Information and was told the process takes 4-12 weeks usually. After paying all fees and submitting all documents asked of me I was then told the process would take 16-20 weeks as the courts are back dated due to unforeseen circumstances. 16-20 weeks later I recived an email from Chloe stating my case was successful and the CCJ was removed. in situations like these it can be very stressful I am forever grateful to Chloe for her help, honesty and transparency across the board. I was told what would happen how it would happen and in which order if anything changed I was fully informed. I can't thank Chloe enough for the amazing work she has done. Thanks Chenade
