I have been using Treasure Realty for ten years and their professionalism, expeditiousness, and attention to details is without question state-of-the-art outstanding. They have continually upgraded their processes for reservations, checking-in, checking-out and maintenance during your stay making it convenient, streamlined and comprehensible for the renters. Each year I am astounded to see the new modifications. Thank you Treasure Realty for being a service-oriented company.

it’s a great house to have our family vacation in. This August will be our third year. Besides being beautiful it’s so well equipped and I love sitting out on the decks looking at the ocean.

Treasure Realty has served me well for the past 5 years for my Topsail Island vacation rentals.
The realtors are professional, efficient and kind before and during what I imagine could be the very stressful vacation season.
Service is quick and complete whenever we have had a "problem" at any of the rentals i.e. cable connection, locks, etc.
I wish Treasure Realty serviced other vacation areas.

I have been renting houses from Treasure Realty for over 15 years now and have enjoyed my experience each and every time. The team is great and are a pleasure to work with. To date, I have never experienced a single problem with one of my rentals, and I usually rent twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall!!

My family visited here last year and it is amazing. We have small kids so not having a lot of steps was great. And such a beautiful view from the covered porch. We are going 2 weeks this year!!!

Very helpful, pleasant, and easy to work with.

We stayed in a condo last May and hopefully will stay again this year. We had several issues with the condo (due to the owner (or their family) staying the week before. Dishes were not cleaned, the condo was not cleaned at all before we arrived. The air conditioner was not working correctly. We called the realty office on Sunday, they got the cleaning lady to come in on Sunday afternoon, we then called back on Monday and Thursday about the air conditioner. We never got a response back. I then went in on Saturday when we checked out and complained very loudly. I was seen promptly in the manager's office and we were giving back a portion of rental with a 5% off our next rental, which was nice, but had they address the issue on Monday, we would not have had to spend the week uncomfortable in the condo. Hopefully they worked those issues out. The condo should have been inspected before our arrival and not relied on the owner's saying it was cleaned.

Excellent service. The property we rented is beautiful and well cared for. Treasure Realty was easy to deal with and laid out all rents costs clearly. I was particularly pleased with the emails they sent prior to our rental week, telling us what to bring and what to expect.

Our stay was very pleasant and most relaxing. As any rental we had a few minor problems but upon calling the provided phone number this issues were handled quickly. We would definitely rent thru Treasure Realty again.

Although the property location and furnishings were near perfect I have had issues for the last 3 years 2016 2017 and 2018 with my property being cleaned. I arrive at 3pm to 4pm so there has been adequate time to do so. I usually stay at 3960 Island drive every year however in 2017 we did not. This particular property was filthy. It was a New river Inlet property. My suggestion get better cleaning companies and or employees. Finding Someones hair in the bathroom is disgusting. And having to buy cleaning products suchas tub and tile clraner to ensure sanitary conditions is upsetting.
I have been coming to Topsail beach for the last 5 years and plan to do so this year. I am absolutely in love with the place.

No problems with Treasure Realty. Kind, courteous, employees.
Do, however, feel cleaning of rental has room for improvement.
We always leave the duplex cleaner than when we arrive.

The only issue was the air conditioner was not up to par. We called and nothing happened. But it could be the hot climate.

Excellent service and focus on taking care of their customers. Great people who respond promptly to any question. We highly recommend them and would use them again on our next trip.

I couldn't give them a five cause we woke up to 2 large cockroaches on the counter and the never returned my call.

Great company! We had a wonderful condo on North Topsail Beach.
