I tried to track my puchase with shopify but I never recived any notification and I had to mark it as shipped, once it arrived out of the blue, but im not sure it was a trelab issue. Other than that my experience was great.

The entire buying experience was easy and straightforward. After searching and comparing Bluetooth portable speakers I chose Treblab.
Independent reviews were good and complimented their excellent customer service, as well as their products.
I'm now enjoying my music with the Treblab HD77.

Inversions are a tough part of winter
Our area deals with inversions throughout the winter months. Our PH950 always kept the air in the house cleaner than what was measured outside and we never experienced the flue like symptoms all winter becuase the PH950 did its job wonderfully. We are very happy with its performance and our choice.

I purchased 2 cords and they both do…
I purchased 2 cords and they both do not fit my speaker. I was quite disappointed when I went to plug it in to charge, it was the wrong one. I bought the HD 77 speaker. These are the ones I need.
