Best tree I’ve had.

Easily the best tree I’ve had! I was nervous because I like to see the tree before we buy, but i was guaranteed a full, great quality tree and that’s exactly what I got. The convenience and speed of the delivery was fantastic. The driver brought it upstairs to my apartment and put it in the stand… the small things go along way. Plus I don’t have to hoover my car! Big thanks to the team. I will be purchasing again next year!

Avoid - Incompetent

Do not use this company. I ordered a tree with delivery and installation, but the service was not provided on the agreed date (we bought the tree for an event). My staff had to install it themselves, while the driver behaved aggressively. The driver then returned a day later and uploaded a misleading 'proof of delivery' photo showing the installation as done by them. Customer service offered only a partial refund and a candle, refusing to refund the tree because it had been 'used', despite their failure to fulfil the contract and poor communication. Extremely disappointing and concerning, particularly regarding staff safety and record falsification.

Christmas Tree Collection

I used this company to take away my Christmas tree and dispose of it. It was easy to book a slot for them to collect. I left the tree outside and they arrived when expected and took it away. Really convenient service. Will be using every Christmas from now on.

Poor experience overall

I paid for a tree pickup, they never showed up, at 10pm I found out they couldn't make it. They tried again the next day, never showed up, but this time marked it as complete and took a picture of some random tree as proof despite me paying for an indoor retrieval. I tried contacting them with little to no response.

The Delivery and Collection never…

The Delivery and Collection never showed up on time, with collection having to be cancelled because of the lateness of the day. The person delivering and collecting was blunt and never apologised. On collection they came in, grabbed the tree and took it downstairs and dropped needles throughout the building (which are offices), and never came to clear them up.

The tree was of poor quality.

No idea how to run a business - AVOID

Trying to be organised for once, I pre-ordered a tree in November and even paid extra to choose my delivery window. The day arrives, and I get a delivery estimate. Their tracking system is useless—at one point, it claims they’re 20 minutes away, but that never changes no matter how many times I refresh.
As the end of my paid-for delivery window approaches, I contact customer service via online chat. They tell me the driver is delayed (which is odd because the tracker suggested delivery was imminent). I’m assured it’ll arrive within the hour. That hour passes. I contact customer service again—this time, I’m given a new delivery time. Then the tracker updates. A THIRD delivery window comes and goes, and suddenly, customer service just stops responding.
Finally, at 9PM, I get an email (not even a phone call) saying the tree will now arrive after midnight. Am I okay with that? The only reason I even saw the email was pure luck. At this point, I just want the tree because I have family coming over, so I agree.
When the delivery finally happens, I track it obsessively. I see the van outside. No one calls me, and then suddenly, the system claims delivery failed—no one home. I was home. No one rang my bell. I run outside, completely confused, and spot a van up the street with a guy about to drive off. I bang on his window, startling him. He straight-up lies and says he rang my bell—despite being nowhere near my home. Then he tells me he was a last-minute replacement because the van broke down. Turns out, he doesn’t even work for the company directly, so you’re not actually dealing with anyone from Tree2Me.
It only gets worse. I had also paid extra for the tree to be installed, so I wouldn’t have to do it myself for once. He has no idea about that service. I’m already livid, but then he pulls the tree out of the van, and it’s clearly not what I ordered. I paid for a 5-6ft tree and even noted I wanted a 6ft one (which they allow you to request). What do I get? A sad little tree barely pushing 4'11".
He begrudgingly brings it inside while complaining the whole way. Then, as soon as the netting comes off, I realise it’s the ugliest tree I have ever seen. Sparse. Broken lower branches. Not worth anywhere near the £110 I paid.
I complain multiple times, send three emails before I even get a response, and they finally agree to refund me. But do they? Of course not. It’s only after I chase them again in January that I finally get my money back.
This is hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. If I’d checked the reviews instead of falling for a glamorous Instagram ad, I never would have ordered from them. These people are completely out of their depth and have no idea how to run a business.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Late delivering the tree and late…

Late delivering the tree and late collecting it. Customer service said they respond within in 20minutes but didn't respond for 2 hours. Tree was smaller than expected but still lovely.

Might as well have cut it down myself

The tree turned up and the driver just left it with the Workplace manager, to try and put it in the stand on here own, did not offer! And when they came to collect the tree they did not bring any sheet to wrap it in and dragged it, all the way out of the office, as you can imagine being a real tree, the mess was horrific, not the best service we have used.

Terrible

Terrible, used this service 4 times total, first 2 years was good, year before got Terrible tree, this year, by far the worst, is like the tree got picked up from the side of the road, won't be using them again, won't reccomend and will definetly direct family that use to use them to another company to.

The wreath arrived early and died soon after

The wreath arrived early, it was missing decorative elements promised in the picture and seemed very sparse.
The wreath was fully dead after less than 10 days and as I normally make my own I know the foliage used must have been cut a month before it was used as my wreaths last well into January.
So sadly I’ll not use this company again and do not recommend it to others either.1
